CONSTRUCTION OF NEW UNITS

As of Oct 23 till Oct 24 - we will have intermittant work being undertaken to create additional accomodation at the lower part of our property. Some units will have visual exposure to the work site, noise will be minimal and only between the hours of 9am till 4pm. A majority of our units will not be affected by the works.

Payment Policy
In order to confirm the reservation, credit card details will need to be provided. These details will remain on file, unprocessed* until either check in or cancellation where a charge may be incurred. *A card verification process may to done to confirm card details are correct, this will appear on your online statement for 5-7 working days and then will be removed as transaction will not be processed.
Where a guest has no credit card facilities, a non-refundable deposit equal to the first nights stay will need to be received prior to confirmation of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
If booking is cancelled or amended within 48 hours of arrival date, the first night's tariff will be charged. If booking is cancelled or amended 3 days or more prior to stay there will be no charge. A No Show will incur the total cost of the booking.
Bookings of 4 or more units require 30 days cancellation without fees, bookings cancelled in this period will incur the first night in full.
**ALL CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AT MANAGERS DISCRETION**

Child Policy
One child under 2yrs stay free when using existing bed. One older child or adult is charged NZD$35 per night when using existing bed. The maximum number of children's cot in a room is one.

Location / Distances
Located within Aoraki Mt Cook Village. To reach the Village turn off State Highway 8 north of Twizel and drive 65 kilometres towards Mt Cook along State Highway 80.

Aoraki Court lies in front and to the left of the intersection of State Highway 80 (Mt Cook Road) and Bowen Drive.
