Property Description
Our park was set up in the 1970s. We are constantly refurbishing inside and outside to keep our accommodation in spotless condition for your visit. The grounds and gardens are also carefully kept beautiful.

We provide affordable accommodation in Rotorua with 25 units of various types: budget dorms, basic cabins, toilet cabins, ensuite cabins, and fully equipped tourist flats with 1 or 2 bedrooms. Additionally, we have some tenting sites warmed by underground geothermal activity, and 30 powered campervan sites.

We are just 15 minutes' walk from the town centre, but away from main road traffic - you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the city.

All rooms have a kitchenette, TV with freeview channels, queen bed or double bed, bunk bed, dinner table, chairs.

Has a powerful wall mounted fan, but no air conditioning.

Additional Information
For each extra person or extra bedding, a surcharge will apply. Bedding and one towel will be prepared for every person booked, but we don't offer free replacements during your stay. We recommend bringing your own towels to use at our pools.
No Smoking in any room.
Pets are welcome by arrangement, a small surcharge will apply. We request a cash bond for pets in rooms, which will be returned upon checking the room is undamaged. No pets allowed during peak season over Christmas/New Year.
Local attraction discounts and tour bookings are available at reception.
Early or late checkin, or late check out available by arrangement and subject to availability, extra charges apply. Leaving a note about checkin time during booking does not guarantee we saw it, please contact us to confirm.

Car Parking
Free car parking on site, one vehicle per unit / site. For an extra car park onsite, a surcharge may apply. Charging of electric vehicles is legally not permitted from rooms, but you may reserve a powered campervan site for $10 per vehicle per day, using your own campervan type plug (subject to site availability).
Visitors must park in the street.

Payment Policy
When you make your booking, a minimum of one night's accommodation is required as a deposit to secure your reservation immediately. In peak season, full payment will be required 30 days before arrival.

For online booking, a valid credit card is required to process the booking payment.

You may make your deposit via online banking if agreed by our reception. Direct bank transfers to ANZ: 06-0413-0517358-46. Please quote guest name and booking number as reference.

If your credit card is declined or your deposit is not received by the agreed time, your booking may be cancelled without further notice.

Your remaining balance or any extra fees must be paid upon check in. Extended nights, extra person, visitors, damage or incidentals incurred must be settled before departure.

Any damage/loss caused by you, your roommates or your visitors to the property, communal blocks, and/or accommodation, will result in costs of repair (and any insurance excess). This will be charged directly, either fully or partly, to the main guest named in the booking. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra cleaning required or loss of income due to the unit or facilities being closed.

ELECTRIC VEHICLES
Power supply in our rooms is not permitted by regulation for charging electric vehicles, and is not safe for this purpose. You may reserve a powered campervan site to charge your EV via campervan plug, $20 per day per vehicle (subject to campervan sites being available) - you will need your own converter cable that plugs into our campervan socket. You will be liable for any damage or loss of income due to electrical disruption caused by inappropriate charging from an indoor power supply.

Cancellation Policy
~INDIVIDUAL bookings for 1-2 units/sites only~

$25 handling fee applies to any cancellation.

Peak season cancellation policy:

Payment on bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded fully except the handling fee. Cancellations less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged for one night. Cancellations within 14 days before arrival are completely non-refundable for the whole booking.

Low season cancellation policy:

Payment on bookings cancelled more than 48 hours prior to arrival will be refunded fully except handling fee.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival are non-refundable for the whole booking.

After 8pm if you haven't checked in, your booking will be marked "no show", no refund for the whole booking without any further notice.

~GROUP Bookings (for 3 units/sites or more)~

PEAK season:
- Payment on bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded fully except $50 handling fee.
- Cancellations less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged for one night.
- Cancellations within 30 days before arrival are completely non-refundable for the whole booking.

LOW season:
- Payment on bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded fully except $50 handling fee.
- Cancellations within 30 days before arrival are completely non-refundable for the whole booking.

Any discount offered will be subject to payment on time. A bond will be required from groups.

Important - after check in there will be no refund in any circumstance for the whole group booking, e.g. in case of early departure.

We are not responsible for bad weather, personal medical situations, wrong date booked, change of travel plans, event cancellation etc.

DEFINITIONS:
Peak season is from September through to the end of May, plus any NZ public holiday weekends, school holidays, and special events in Rotorua.
Low season is from June through to the end of August excluding NZ public holiday weekends, school holidays, and special events in Rotorua.

Child Policy
Children aged 0-12 years old at time of stay will be charged at child rates.

Age 13 and up, adult rates apply.

It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to supervise your baby and children at all times while staying at our Holiday Park.
