Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the accommodation/site.
Visa or Mastercard payments will incur a 2.2% credit card surcharge.
Management observes the right to fix any errors in quoted price (including verbal and written quotes).

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing info@dargavilleholiday.co.nz, including confirmation reference number.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the day of arrival = 75% refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the day of arrival = no refund.
No refunds will be given for late arrival or early departure.
All bookings made during the following periods are non-refundable and non-transferable: Any public holiday days or weekends observed in Northland; Christmas/New Year period – 20th December 2025 to 10th January 2026; Northland Field Days week - 24th to 28th March 2026.

Dargaville Holiday Park has the following additional policies: No guest visitors on site; No pet's; No recreational vehicles/road bikes are to be stored in rooms during stay.

Child Policy
Adults = 13 years or older on the date of arrival.
Children = 1 year to 12 years of age on the date of arrival.
Infants = under 12 months of age on the date of arrival.

Our Park is situated an easy 10 minutes walk from town, and 15 mintues drive to the beach. (Baylys Beach) 20 mintues drive to Kai-iwi Lakes and 30 minutes to the Mightly Kauri Forests
