Property Facilities Once your research and actual booking has been confirmed, the rest is easy. You just need to pack!
The resort is quite laid back and we find that most guests prefer the daily 'beach attire' of sarongs and swimmers for the girls and 'boardies' for the boys. More often that not, you will find that you forget all together about your shoes and go barefoot everywhere. The dining room is very relaxed with communal style dining where everyone sits at the same time for dinner. Though unlike in and around the resort, we do insist on proper attire here - such as evening appropriate clothing, afterall, we are casual, but bikinis do not work at dinner! We supply the beach towels so save that space in your bag for things like books, music and anything else to make you feel like you are in your home away from home.
We have a little boutique that sells incidentals like toothpaste etc - in case you forget yours - and also souvineers and alike to remember your stay, so yes, you can do a little shopping here as well.

Should disruption of travel due to border closures/quarantine occur prior to arrival bookings are held in credit for 12 months on a rebooking status, This will allow you to rebook your stay with no additional cancellation or amendment fees, accommodation, transfers and meals may be subject to rate increases. Refer to below cancellation policy should you wish to cancel.

Resort credits are non-refundable and can only be used while at the island on Activities, Bar, spa treatments and Diving - Excludes Spa/front desk boutique.
MEAL PLANS are compulsory and must be sold with per night accommodation rates. If no selection is made you authorize our reservations team to add them to your booking based on the number of guests and nights booked. PRIVACY POLICY is important to us, with accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 you may at any time access and change your personal information or subscribed services. We will not disclose any personal details to any outside party. You will receive updated newsletters and promos as registered on our database, any time you are welcome to unsubscribe. DELIVERY POLICY An electronic receipt will be issued to you after each deposit and/or final payment. This Receipt is proof of purchase. - CREDIT CARD: 2.9% fee applies on credit card transactions - INTERNATIONAL/DIRECT BANK TRANSFER: incurs an NZD$25 receival fee on all international wires. NON REFUNDABLE RATES: ALL Promotional/Discounted offers are non refundable within 72 hours of booking - these rates are excluded from normal cancellation terms above.

Island Travel Network is not responsible for any variation in exchange rates that may occur through the period of your reservation and arrival. Any Government taxes are mandatory and passed on.
TRANSFERS to the Resort is offered by a third party supplier. In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from utilising the pre-arranged transfers or delays, cancellations and alterations arise affecting travel plans these are outside of both Island Travel Network and the Resorts control, all efforts will be made to advise the most effective alternative options available to you, some extra costs may be incurred.
RESORT BOAT Change of mind or Cancellation Within 48 hours of travel or No Show - 100% cancellation fee will apply. All cancellations must be received in writing Please note no residual refunds are available for any unused components after travel has commenced
INSURANCE Travel can be affected by weather, delays and other unforeseeable events. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase extensive travel insurance to cover against any issues that may arise while travelling outside of your home country. In the event there are circumstances outside of Island Travel Network control neither property or Island Travel Network will offer refunds for accommodation, meals or transfers missed.
INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS do not offer full refunds should you need to make cancel or make changes to your travel plans. Island Travel Network is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations or changes to airline scheduling. Further Terms and Conditions will be listed on your chosen airline ticket and subject to the airline's final rulings. All parties must hold a valid government-issued passport on check-in with a min 6-month validity, this is the responsibility of the passport holder, not Island Travel Network. Name changes or any amendments to issues tickets will result in an admin fee of $50 and additional airfare if required You will be issued with an Electronic Ticket within 24 hours of your payment being received, please check details are correct at time of receiving tickets failure to do so may result in additional change fee’s. . Island Travel Network reserves the right to cancel any booking which does not comply with our Terms and Conditions and maybe subject to loss of deposit.

Location / Distances Nacula Island, Blue Lagoon, Yasawa Island Group , Fiji Islands.
Directions to Property The Resort is located on Nacula Island in the Yasawa island chain, in the "Blue Lagoon", which is 45 nautical miles from the main island of Viti Levu.
You can take a daily fast 40-seater high speed boat Finnoki Kai via Paradise Cove Resort. It includes Nadi Hotel or Airport pick up and drop off in a private air-conditioned shuttle. This vessel has a bathroom and highspeed WIFI onboard.
This service departs Naisoso Marina daily at 8 am, switches vessels at Paradise Cove to Merlyn's Magic, and arrives at Blue Lagoon by 10 am. So 2 hours door to door.
The return service departs Blue Lagoon each morning at 8.15 am via Paradise Cove Resort, and arrives at Vuda Marina by 10.15 am. This allows guests to be able to catch flights departing after 1pm the same day.
You can also charter one of the speed boats for up to 20 guests to better match your arrival or departure flights for $1899 NZD, we also offer split charters if there are guests wanting to arrive or depart Paradise Cove Resort on the same day to connect the same flights making this fare as little as $95 NZD per person one way.
The normal daily service adult fare from Naisoso to Blue Lagoon is $175 NZD one way and for a child 5-12 yrs its $115 NZD and for those under 5 yrs it is free of charge.
