Cancellation Policy
More than seven days notice: no charge.
Seven to two days: 50% of tariff.
Two to one days: 75% of tariff.
1 day or less 100% of tariff

Child Policy
Children are welcome. 0-2years no charge unless you require our cot/bed and bedding.

Location / Distances
We are situated on the southern scenic route. You will find us on either the Main Street or Mcfeely Street of Tuatapere. 1 hr drive from Invercargill and 1 hr 20mins drive from TeAnau. 10 min drive to beaches, close to bush walks. Jet boat rides available. Supermarket and cafe/bar straight across the road. Everything you need is right here.
