To enter the apartment building from Complex itself:

Place silkey against black pad to left of main front door to unlock. Enter
the foyer and walk up the stairs turn left to your apartment door which is
on the right.



To locate your car park;
From Halsey St, take the down ramp at the left hand side of the main
entrance (signage that says “79 – 89) and use the silkey to open the iron
grille. Turn right and drive across the middle section past the rubbish
bins to the block of car parks marked “H” to park at H29. (Please note; if
you park in the wrong car park you will be towed at your expenses). Height
restriction is 2.1 metres.



To access your apartment from this car park area



The lift is behind you. At level 1, exit lift and go outside into the
courtyard – the entrance to your apartment is the door opposite you
labelled 79 Halsey Street – use the grey silkey open the door and go up the
stairs. Turn left and your apartment is on the right – no 202.
Alternatively go through via the pool area using your silkey and up the
stairs turn left and go around the office. Your apartment is on the left.
Refer to the map enclosed.



Notes



· Rubbish bins are located in the car park by the door to the stairs and
the lift.



· It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the dishdrawer.



· Please leave on all appliance switches that are on the wall behind the
microwave and above the hob – to turn on rangehood push hood inwards and it
will pop out.



· Turn TV by using TV remote. Then go to SKY remote. If SKY does not come
on then press AV button on first TV remote. Use sky remote for channel
change and volume – note this is MySKY HDi so you can live pause and
record.



· Please be aware that Lighter Quay is a residential complex and respect
your neighbours with regard to noise. Should the security guard be called
to your apartment due to a complaint then you will be liable for this call
out fee. We also have the right to evict due to breaking of body corp
rules.



Electricity:
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:
Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.
Electricity, to the value of $150 per month. Water to the value of $100.00
per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your
credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will
have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then
calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
