Princes Wharf
This complex was developed in the late 1990's on the original 1924 commercial wharf, the six shipping sheds have been redesigned and built to look like a liner.
The wharf is still a working wharf and although the overseas cruise terminal was relocated to Queens Wharf in 2013, occasionally a cruise liner still berths on the eastern side of Princes Wharf. The western side is still used by smaller vessels such as the training yacht The Spirit of New Zealand. The wharf is now home to the Hilton Hotel, the Princes Wharf Apartments, some commercial offices and a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Open plan with full kitchen facilities the apartment comes with WiFi and Sky TV. There is a queen bed in the bedroom which opens into the living area, The dining table seats 4 and there is seating for three comfortably in the living area which also has study area, there is more seating out on the balcony should you have visitors. The tiled bathroom has a shower and full laundry facilities.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

For your information, please note the following instructions:
To enter the apartment building; Place swipe card against black pad to
right of main front doors of Shed 22 to unlock. Take lift or stairs to
level 4. Exit lift and go through the fire doors (swiping your key card
again on the right) turn left and your apartment is down towards the end of
the corridor to apartment no 31.
Further information:
The Rubbish Room is located on level 3, next to the lift.
NO SMOKING inside the apartment please or within the complex
itself.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
the bins in the garage.
At check-out leave keys in the apartment (you need them to access
the garage but not to exit the carpark itself). Ensure the door
lock is turned to horizontal position or the door will not lock
behind you. If keys are not left in the apartment there is an $150
fee to cover the replacement lock and swipes
Stereo has cable so that you can plug in your own phone to play
music
The range hood button can be found in the big cupboard next to the
fridge on the left – i.e. pantry
The waste disposal button can be found next to the sink on the
left, behind the toaster. The switch at the back of pantry are for
the fridge – do not turn off please
There is a switch in the bathroom above the toilet on the LHS with
red and blue square residual buttons on it which controls the power
outlets in the bathroom and laundry – this need to be reset if
washing machine won’t turn on.
Noise; Noise is often a common problem when living in central city
apartments. Generally from 11pm—7am noise should be at a reasonable level.
If you have problems with anyone making noise between these times please
contact security immediately. Once a complaint is received, security will
issue a first warning to the tenant/resident of where the noise is coming
from. If the noise continues, call our security team again. Noise control
will be called if the first warning is being ignored. Security is onsite
24/7 and operates from the management office located on ground floor of
Shed 23. For any assistance please contact Princes Wharf Security directly
on 021 792 473.
