Car park: Basement: Second level – Car park number 17
For your information, please note the following instructions:
To enter the apartment building: Use White Swipe Card on key ring and
insert into slot to open main front doors.
To enter the car park: Entrance to basement is located to the left hand
side of Argent Hall’s front steps. Pull up to grille gate and use Grey
Remote. Drive down the ramp and onto the second level and your car park is
at the end on the left hand side – marked on the ground in white paint –
number 17.
To enter apartment from car park: There are two lifts located behind Fire
Stop Doors on the wall just across & behind your car park. Open the
Fire Stop door and enter lift. Insert white swipe card into slot within
lift and select FLOOR 14.
Exit the lift at floor 14 and turn left. Open the Fire Stop door in
front of you and walk up two flights of steps to the 15th floor.
There is a switch inside the stairwell to turn on the lights.
Go through the Fire Stop door on the 15th floor and turn again to
your left. Penthouse PB is the second door along on the left hand
side and the letters PB are on the door.
Use the White Swipe Card to open the apt door.
Servicing; your apartment is serviced weekly. Bed linen and towels are
laundered and beds are remade. The bathroom and kitchen are cleaned. The
apartment is dusted, vacuumed and floors are washed and deck swept. Please
tidy the apartment before the team arrive so that they don’t have to work
around your personal possessions. Their hours are 10am to 5pm and they have
their own keys.
Fire Evacuation Plan; Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are
in relation to your apartment. Ambulance/Fire/Police: DIAL 111
Special Instructions; The Building Manager is Neville. Their Office is
located in the foyer in case of emergencies; otherwise please contact our
office for any maintenance queries.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
The rubbish should be left in the designated Area which is located
on the ramp in the basement between Levels 1 & 2.
Smoking is not permitted within our apartments or within common
areas of Argent Hall please.
As the Washing Machine is a Front Loader you must use only Low Suds
powder in the machine or it will cause a flood. We recommend Persil
Low Suds powder.
Please leave all keys, Swipe Cards and garage remote in the
apartment when you vacate if you are unable to return them to us.
If you lose any of the keys etc you will be billed for the
replacement cost. When using appliances such as the dryer please be
aware of the $100 per month power allowance as you will be billed
for anything over $100.
Please ensure all dishes have been washed and put away when you
vacate. Take all your rubbish to the bins in the rubbish area.
Checkout time is 10 am.
Electricity Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas,
water & Power: Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the
value of $50 per month. Electricity, to the value of $120 per month
for One bedroom. Water to the value of $100.00 per month. Any
excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit
card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will
have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then
calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
