Apartments either have views over the Eastern Marina or up towards the city. The city is on your doorstep.

Large 3rd floor 57 m2 one bedroom apartment with views of the city. This apartment is surprisingly quiet as the hush glass means that you are away from the noise of the cafes and bars which are just around the corner. There is a full ensuite with full bath and separate shower off the bedroom which has a king bed and a second TV. Full kitchen and laundry facilities and second toilet for guests. Wi-Fi package included in rate.
Everything is on your doorstep so need for a car - although casual parking is available in the Council Downtown carpark nearby.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on the complex please. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

Your network provider is Vodafone, should you have a problem please ring

and the customer number 11200604. It is a wifi connection but there is an
Ethernet cable in the apartment for emergencies.
To enter the apartment building on foot:
Enter through the main front doors of The Sebel Hotel, swipe your
card inside the either of the lifts and push Level 3.
At Level 3 turn left look for signs directing you to your apartment
which is towards the end of the corridor near the service lift on
your right.
Use the swipe card to unlock the door.
The rubbish bins are located in the basement of the building.
Miscellaneous
It is recommended that dishwasher powder only be used in the
Dishdrawer.
Please do not touch any of the cords/wires for the TV/DVD set-up or
the internet.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment or the
building itself.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
the bins in the garage.
Keys/access card are to be left in the apartment and the door
locked – do NOT leave the keys at reception as this is a private
apartment and they will not accept them – or if they do, will not
advise us that they are holding them.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:
Electricity, to the value of $120 per month. Any excess to the above
amounts will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant.
Stays for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount
and then shared over then calculated/charge according to the length of
stay.
Fire Evacuation Plan
Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
