Located at the rear of the building this newly refurbished apartment is a cosy warm apartment to come home to.
The kitchen has been renovated recently and has a new stone return which can be used as a table as well as a kitchen work bench. The living area is open plan and faces north to catch the sun. The bedroom has a large double wardrobe and queen bed. Allocated car park space in basement.
The apartment comes with unlimited wifi.
Apartment is serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking is permitted in the apartment or on the complex. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

To enter the apartment building:
Use blue disc on key ring to open main door. Walk up to the 2nd floor or
take the lift ā turn left out of the lift to the external walkway. The
apartment is at the end of that walkway.
To enter the car park:
Use black button on black remote to open garage door. The remote is also
required to exit the carpark.
Drive straight ahead to wall and car park number is 27. ā2Uā is identified
above the parking space.
Take lift to 2nd floor. Go through the door on the left coming out of the
lift. Apartment is at the end of the walkway on the right.
To exit or enter garage on foot:
From footpath, door is on right of garage door. To enter, use blue disc on
reader. Exit by foot does not require keys/discs.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
Cleaning is done weekly on the anniversary of your arrival, Please remove
rubbish and recycling daily to the dedicated areas in the basement.
Checkout is 10AM, Please leave all Keys/Swipes inside the apartment on the
kitchen bench. Our cleaners bring this back to our office after the clean.
NO SMOKING in the apartment or anywhere inside the building.
Electricity and water is included within your tenancy.
Sky including Sky Sport and unlimited broadband is also included in your
rental.
Fire Evacuation Plan; please ensures that you know where the exit stairs
are in relation to your apartment. Ambulance/Fire/Police: DIAL 111
