Heritage Towers
The Heritage Towers is part of the Heritage Auckland Accommodation Complex which takes up the block between Nelson & Hobson St in the city, the Hotel is housed in the old Farmers Department Store which opened in 1921 and has been restored in keeping with its original art deco style, while the Tower Block is a new build, 14 stories high with views of the city and harbour. Strategically placed it is in walking distance of major transport hubs, SKYCITY Entertainment Centre, the CBD and the Viaduct Harbour. The two residences share great facilities - there are two pools - one outdoor and one indoor heated lap pool, two spa pools, two gyms, tennis court and a restaurant all available to residents.

This 55 m2 air conditioned apartment with large bedroom faces north west with views of the Marina and Harbour Bridge. The king bed in the bedroom can be split to make up as twins if required. The apartment is open plan with lounge, kitchen, and bedroom all opening into each other. Bathroom has both a shower and bath and private laundry facilities. TV & WiFi included.

Apartment is serviced weekly. Apartment and complex are completely smoke free.

Payment Policy:

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.

To locate the apartment:

From the Heritage main lobby on Nelson Street, swipe the card in elevator and take the elevator to the 6th floor. Walk ahead out of the elevator, straight down the corridor and Apt 601 is first on your left. Swipe the door key in the slot. Once green light shows, open the door.

To activate the apartment lights, place the swipe key in the electronic holder on the wall on the right side of the door as you enter the apartment. For swipe card problems, speak with Reception in the lobby. For any other queries, please contact us.

Please Note:

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment or the building itself

Please ensure upon vacating that all dishes have been washed.

The Candy Combo oven/dishwasher/hob runs off one power supply – the slider switch on the lower part (ie dishwasher) on the right changes the function – slide to the right and the dishwasher will work, slide to the left and the oven will work.

It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the dish drawer (not liquid).

Weekly Servicingis done on the anniversary of the day of your arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen, towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be charged a departure surcharge.

Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of $65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will confirm the change.

CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to the bins in the garage.

Rubbish should be bagged and taken to the rubbish room which is to the right of the lift – go through the doors and the recycling and rubbish bins are in a room on your right.

When vacating, please return leave the swipe card in the apartment on the kitchen bench – DO NOT leave at rece (if your carpark is in the carpark you will need to remove this first and then return to the apartment to leave the swipe inside)

Pool & Gym Facilities:

There are two pools areas, one indoor lap pool within the Tower Block, which also has a spa, sauna and gym and one outdoor within the Hotel Block which also has a gym opening onto the area – you are welcome to use all these facilities. Directions to these are in the lift and corridors.

Electricity:

Included within your tenancy is the following: Water & Power: Electricity, to the value of $120 per month for a one bedroom, & Water to the value of $100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
