Lighter Quay Pavilion
Lighter Quay is a quiet complex on the eastern side of the Viaduct Harbour within walking distance to the cafes and restaurants but far enough way to be peaceful. The modern glass and concrete design allows the light to fill every apartment, a private waterway/marina in the centre is a pleasant surprise. Fantastic facilities that include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and fully equipped gymnasium. Stroll around the Viaduct Basin or over the Te Wero Pedestrian Bridge for a drink at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area or up to the new vibrant Wynyard Quarter & North Wharf areas. The Pavilion Block is one of four blocks in the complex and is only two stories high located in the centre of the complex.

This one bedroom 45 m2 apartment on the 2nd floor has an open plan living area opening onto the balcony which gets the afternoon sun. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and open plan lounge dining area with large built in bookcase and study area this apartment has a great feeling of space. Unlimited wi-fi included. The bedroom has a queen bed, bathroom has a shower and there is also a fully equipped laundry cupboard.. There is a secure carpark in basement.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please, entire complex is smokefree. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

For your information, please note the following instructions:
To enter the apartment building from 75 Halsey Street
Place small round swipe against black pad to left of main front
door to unlock. Exit through glass door to alley and turn right.
The entrance to 212 Pavilion is the 2nd one from the end. Use fob
to unlock the door. Apartment is on level 2 to the right.
To drive to your carpark
From Halsey St, take the down ramp at the left hand side of the
main entrance (signage that says “79 – 89”) and use the silkey to
open the iron grille. Turn right and drive across the middle
section to the next block of car parks marked “H” to H24. Height
restriction in the garage is 2.1 metres.
To access your apartment from this car parking area
Take stairs beside car park H49 and through door to level 1. Exit
through glass door to the courtyard. Your apartment is towards the
end of the walkway in the 2 storied Pavilion Block (ie turn right).
General Apartment information
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
The Rubbish Room is located in the car park – please ensure you
divide your rubbish.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the dish
drawer. Using dishwashing liquid will burn out the motor and you
will be liable for repairs. Please wash dishes before checkout and
remove all your rubbish to bins in the basement.
NO SMOKING inside the apartment please, or on the balcony or the
complex common areas. Complex is
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM.
At check-out, remove carpark from carpark and then leave keys
inside the apartment. Ensure the door lock is turned to horizontal
position (or door will not lock behind you). If keys are not left
in the apartment we will charge a $150 recovery/replacement fee.
Please clean all your dishes and remove them from the dishwasher.
Take all your rubbish to the bins in the garage.
Please be aware that Lighter Quay is a residential complex and
respect your neighbours with regard to noise. Should the security
guard be called to your apartment due to a complaint then you will
be liable for this call out fee. We also have the right to evict
due to breaking of body corp rules.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: electricity, to the value
of $120 per month, water to the value of $100.00 per month.
Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or
invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges
prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge
according to the length of stay.
Fire Evacuation Plan
Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
apartment. Ambulance/Fire/Police: DIAL 111
