This 38 m2 fully furnished apartment is located on the top floor of the Halsey Block and has a king bed in the bedroom which can be split into twins on request for an additional fee. 40" smart TV linked to the internet, unlimited wifi package, both the living area and bedroom open onto small balcony facing the Sofitel. Tastefully furnished this apartment is a real home away from home. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Shower over bath in bathroom.

For your information, please note the following:
To enter the apartment building from 75 Halsey Street
Place silkey against black pad to left of main front door to
unlock. Climb the stairs to level 5 and go left to the end of the
corridor. Please note from this entrance there is no lift to the
5th Floor.
Enter the building from 77 Halsey Street, place silkey against the
black pad to left of the main front door to unlock. Enter the foyer
and walk to the lift in front of you. Go to level 5. Once you exit
the lift walk down the corridor on your left until you come to the
room 503.
To locate your car park
From Fanshawe St end of Halsey St, drive along Halsey St, turn
right through double wooden doors (to the left of the signage that
says “79 – 89”). Drive down the ramp and use the silkey to open the
iron grille. Turn right and drive across the middle section to the
block of car parks marked “H” to H49.
To access your apartment from this car park area
The lift is behind you. At level 5, exit lift and turn left.
Alternatively, stair access is towards far end of car park, past
car park space
Notes
Rubbish bins are located in the car park by the door to the stairs
and the lift.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dishdrawer.
Please wash dishes before checkout.
Please leave on all appliance switches that are on the wall behind
the microwave and above the hob.
This complex is no smoking this includes the apartment, the balcony
and all public areas including the carpark.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy is cold water only, electricity is your care –
the current provider is Bosco 09 302 1500 (www.bosco.co.nz) you will need
to contact them to put the power into your own name.
Fire Evacuation Plan
Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
