This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances which opens onto the lounge and dining area. The apartment faces east and looks across to Altro building presently under construction as well as down Nelson Street to the Convention Centre. The lounge has smart TV and unlimited internet and opens onto a covered balcony facing east.. The bedroom gets the morning sun and has a queen bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a separate shower and has fully laundry facilities. Allocated carpark space in basement. Intercom system for visitors.
Apartment is serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking permitted in the apartment or on the complex.All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

To exit the car park on foot; From the carpark, walk to the first door on
the opposite side of the concrete wall where the carpark is. This takes you
through to the elevator lobby where you can take the lift to the apartment
floor on the eight floor or the ground floor.
To exit the car park by car: Exit your carpark, go back where you came from
and take the first left, then follow the exit signs.
Please Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment or the
building itself
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the dishwasher.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc. are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the
kitchen is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors
vacuumed and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows
where accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
Please ensure you empty the lint from the dryer after each cycle.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
the bins. The rubbish room is located on B1. Exit the lift, turn
left and the rubbish room is down the hall on your left.
When vacating, please leave the swipe tags and keys on the kitchen
bench and our cleaners will collect. You can exit the carpark
without a swipe.
As the washing machine is a Front Loader you must use only Low Suds powder
or it will cause a flood. We recommend Persil Low Suds powder.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE WASHING MACHINE
1. Open detergent compartment on the left. Insert washing powder. Close
compartment. Select wash cycle with dial on right. Select water temperature
and spin speed. Press Start.
2. Put LOW SUDS POWDER ONLY in the left or right compartment, fabric
softener if required in the middle compartment and close drawer.
3. Turn dial on right hand side to the desired wash cycle (e.g. Delicates,
cottons). For general use “Easy Care”
4. If you just need to do a quick wash, select the Super 15 wash cycle.
5. Ensure door is closed (you will not be able to open this again until
cycle has finished).
6. Push the ‘start/pause” button to begin.
7. Make sure wash has stopped for at least 2 minutes before trying to open
the door.
Please do not hang laundry out on the balcony.
Electricity; Included: Within your tenancy is the following: Water &
Power: Electricity, to the value of $120 per month for a one bedroom, &
Water to the value of $120.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts
will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays
for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then
shared over then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
Fire Evacuation Plan; Please ensures that you know where the exit stairs
are in relation to your apartment. Ambulance/Fire/Police: DIAL 111
