There is no landline in the apartment but your wifi is unlimited.

For your information, please note the following instructions:
To enter the apartment building:
Use Silkey (Black plastic tag) on key ring and wave across the
reader on right to open main front door, the letterboxes are this
level and you have a key on your key ring to access your mail box.
Visitors can use the intercom at the front door – you can give them
access to the building by pushing the button with the key symbol on
it in your apartment but you must then meet them in the foyer.
To enter the carpark:
Wave Silkey across the reader on right hand side of driveway.
Drive down the entrance ramp and across the first level and down
the ramps to level 3 of the car park. Your allocated car park is
the first one on the right marked 54 – it is best to back into the
space.
To enter apartment from car park:
Use Silkey in lift and go to the 2nd floor. Turn right out of the
lift and your apartment on the left.
Servicing
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
Special Instructions
The Building Manager is Peter Larsen and his office is located in
the foyer in case you have a problem with the building itself. But
for any questions regarding the apartment itself or maintenance
issues please contact the Quinovic Viaduct Office.
Intercom system in the apartment is linked to the Lobby entrance.
Rubbish room is Level L (locker level) and there are bins for
recycling – please follow this system. You can also enter/exit on
foot on this level.
Your apartment also has a storage locker in the basement for you to
store larger items the No is 167 and the key is on your key ring.
The Pool & gym are located on the Lobby Level just next to the
main entrance/exit doors. You will need your Silkey tag to access
the area.
Turn on Television using TV remote and push the AV button till you
get to AV2 then start using the Sky remote for all channels.
No Smoking anywhere in the building or the apartment.
Please leave all keys and Silkey in the apartment when you vacate
and ensure all dishes have been washed. Checkout time is 10am.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:
Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.
Electricity, to the value of $120 per month for Studio/One bedrooms. Water
to the value of $100.00 per month
Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or
invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges
prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge
according to the length of stay.

Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
