King bed can be split into singles if required for separate sleeping for an additional charge. The bathroom has a shower and full laundry facilities. Unlimited wifi included.
A secure carpark is included with this apartment.
A starter pack of bathroom and kitchen condiments are included, fresh linen and towels, with the apartment being serviced weekly. No smoking or e-ciagrettes in the apartment.

connection, first please reboot (there is a reset button on the modem) or

To enter the apartment building:
Use Silkey (Blue plastic tag) on key ring and wave it across the
reader on the right to open main front door.
To enter the carpark:
Use Silkey – wave across reader on right hand side of driveway.
Drive down to 3rd level and your carpark number is 49
To enter apartment from carpark:
Use Silkey in lift and go to the 7th floor. Your apartment is at
the end of the hallway to your left as you exit the lifts.
Special Instructions
The Building Manager is Peter Larsen, his office is located in the
foyer in case of emergencies; otherwise please contact our office
for any general or maintenance queries.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
Rubbish room is Level L (locker level), pool & gym on ground
floor
To operate TV – turn on using TV remote, then push the down-arrow
twice on the front of the TV itself (till its gets to AV) when the
Sky service will then automatically come on. Then use the Sky
remote to get all channels.
No Smoking anywhere in the building or the apartment.
Please leave all keys and fobs in the apartment when you vacate and
ensure all dishes have been washed. Checkout time is 10am.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:
Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.
Electricity, to the value of $120 per month. Water to the value of $100.00
per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your
credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will
have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then
calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
