Lighter Quay Stratis
Lighter Quay is a quiet complex on the eastern side of the Viaduct Harbour within walking distance to the cafes and restaurants but far enough way to be peaceful. The modern glass and concrete design allows the light to fill every apartment, a private waterway/marina in the centre is a pleasant surprise. Fantastic facilities that include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and fully equipped gymnasium. Stroll around the Viaduct Basin or over the Te Wero Pedestrian Bridge for a drink at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area or up to the new vibrant Wynyard Quarter & North Wharf areas. The Stratis Block is one of four blocks in the complex, it is on the eastern side with views across the Viaduct Marina and back across the complex to the west.

This 49 sqm west facing apartment located in Stratis Block in Lighter Quay is very light and airy and catches all the afternoon sun. There is a full laundry in the tiled bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer unit. Apartment comes with a TV plus unlimited wifi.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment, entire complex is smokefree. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

Locating your car park
From Fanshawe St end of Halsey St, drive along Halsey St, turn
right through double wooden doors DOWN RAMP (to the left of the
signage that says "79-89". Drive down the ramp and use your round
swipe to open the iron grille, turn right and go past the rubbish
bins to the Block labelled H. Your carpark is H30.
To access your apartment from the car parking area
Go through back towards the rubbish bins and turn right – there is
small parking area with a door at the end – go through this door
and the lift is right in front of you. Swipe the lift and go to
level 5.
To enter the apartment building from Halsey Street
Place your round swipe against black pad to left of main front gate
to unlock. Walk across the carpark area to the Stratis building in
front of you. The entrance is on your right down approximate 12
stairs. Take the lift which is front of you to level 5, (you will
need the silkey to use the lift) turn left and go to end of the
corridor to your apartment 502.
When opening the door push it open a little bit then let it drop
back before fully opening it. This is a security/door stop thing.
Additional information for your apartment
All the recycling and normal rubbish bins are lined up outside the
lift, opposite carpark H69 but there is a rubbish shute on your
floor for general rubbish.
TV – Sky is on Channel 9
Turn TV on by pressing white button on TV remote top right hand
corner. Then go to SKY remote. If SKY does not come on then press
AV button on first TV remote.
To listen to voicemail, dial “606”. The pin number is the last 4
digits of the telephone number.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dish
drawer. Please wash dishes before checkout.
NO SMOKING inside the apartment please or within the complex
itself.
Cleaning is done weekly on the anniversary of your arrival, the
cleaners have their own access keys and will be there after 10am.
Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen, towels etc.
are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen is given a
wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed and/or
washed. Balconies and courtyards are swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash dishes as all apartments
have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your rubbish daily
to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you leave the
apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be charged a
departure surcharge.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
the bins in the garage.
At check-out leave keys in the apartment (you need them to access
the garage but not to exit the carpark itself). Ensure the door
lock is turned to horizontal position or the door will not lock
behind you. If keys are not left in the apartment there is a $150
fee to cover the replacement lock and swipes.
Electricity:
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:
Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.
Electricity, to the value of $120 per month, Water to the value of $100.00
per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your
credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will
have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then
calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
