Apartment 302
This one bedroom apartment with a separate study room has been fitted out with the highest quality European appliances, including Miele and Wolf appliances. There is American oak flooring throughout and high quality timber cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen, living and dining area are all open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay including a large four burner gas hob, the dining table seats four comfortably and there is a comfy three seater sofa and a leather arm chair. There is also a large wall mounted smart TV which is Netflix capable. The bedroom opens onto the covered north facing balcony and has a king bed and a second TV. The bathroom has been beautifully tiled with a stunning shower with both standard and rain heads. The study room has a study desk and a comfy couch. Their is also a laundry cupboard with both washing machine and dryer.
Complex is smokefree. Carparking in basement. Unlimited high speed WiFi included.
Apartment is serviced weekly including full linen change. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

If you are arriving on foot: The entrance to the complex is to the left of
the carpark entrance. Use your swipe on the set of keys to open the front
glass door. Walk down the corridor to the elevator on the left, the stairs
a through the door to your left before the lift. Take this lift using your
swipe to the 3rd floor. The elevator has two door, exit the same way you
entered and only use the lift controls that are on your left as you walk
in. As you exit the elevator, the apartment is on your right.
If you are arriving with a car: The carpark entrance is the one on the
right, furthest away from the main entrance. The garage remote on your set
of keys will open this roller door. Drive up the ramp and your carpark is
21 on basement level 1. Walk around to the other side of the carpark and
you will find the elevator. Use your swipe to activate the elevator and
take it to the 3rd floor. Your apartment will be on the right as you exit
the lift.
To Exit the apartment:
When you are leaving the apartment to exit through the front door you would
take the lift to B2 turn right towards the exit, there is a button on the
left will open the glass door.
If leaving the apartment to exit to the carpark the lift buttons are on the
right hand side of the lift and push B1 this is the storage area and
carpark, you will need to use the gate remote heading in and exit as well
Please Note:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment or the building itself
The carpark height limit is 2.1M.
Please ensure upon vacating that all dishes have been washed.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the dish drawer
(not liquid).
Air-conditioning can be controlled by Mitsubishi Electric wall
mounted controllers.
There is an intercom unit on the wall also that will allow you to
let in guests.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
the bins in the garage.
Rubbish should be bagged and taken to the rubbish room which is in
the garage on Basement 1. Opposite your carpark there is a door and
through this there is another door directly in front of you which
houses the rubbish room.
When vacating, please return leave the swipe card in the apartment
on the kitchen bench.
Electricity:
Included within your tenancy is the following: Water & Power:
Electricity, to the value of $120 per month for a one bedroom, & Water
to the value of $100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be
charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less
than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared
over then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
