Your internet provider is Vodafone, should you have problems with your
connection please ring the help number on 0800 806 106 and quote your
address.
Package is unlimited for up to 10 devices.
To find your carpark:
Turn into the building carpark – your car space is the second one on the
right – clearly marked on ground as 3G – contractors have a habit of
parking in it so if this happens you have the right to have them towed.
To access your apartment:
Open the glass door into the first lobby and use your swipe to open the
entrance door and take the lift to the third floor (note you will need to
swipe inside the left to push the bottom for level 3) turn left and your
apartment is there in the LH corner clearly labelled as 3G. There is a
standard door lock and a deadlock which is why you have two keys.
Visitors:
There is an intercom system in the lobby – enter 46 and then push the bell
– it will ring in the apartment and you can activate the doors/lift and let
them in from the apartment itself.
Special Instructions
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE INSIDE APARTMENT OR BUILDING.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
Rubbish: All rubbish should be taken to the rubbish area in the
carpark (use your swipe to open cage) it is on the right about 5
car spaces along from your space at the back. Please observe the
recycling instructions. These bins are emptied three times a week.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
the Rubbish area on the ground floor.
Please leave all keys and swipes in the apartment on departure and
lock the door.
Electricity;
Within your tenancy you have a utility allowance. Electricity to the value
of $120 per month & water to the value of $100.00 per month. Any excess
to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or invoiced
to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges prorated to a
daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge according to the
length of stay.
Fire Evacuation Plan: Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are
in relation to your apartment. Ambulance/Fire/Police: DIAL 111
