Heritage Hotel
The Heritage Hotel is housed in the old Farmers Department Store which opened in 1921 and has been restored in keeping with its original art deco style. It has a 12ft stud and beautiful hardwood floors. Strategically placed, it is in short walking distance of major transport hubs, SKYCITY Entertainment Centre, the CBD and the Viaduct Harbour. The Heritage Hotel has great facilities - there are two pools - one outdoor and one indoor heated lap pool, a spa pool, sauna, two gyms, tennis court, giant outdoor chess game and a restaurant & bar all available to residents.

This spacious 60sqm 4th floor air conditioned apartment has a full kitchen which has recently been renovated to high standard including a wine fridge. The living area has a dining table which seats six and there is a large and luxurious leather couch, 50" TV, SKY package includes movies & sport, plus a generous WiFi package. Both the living area and bedroom get the morning sun, the bedroom has a large king bed which can be made up as twins if requested, there is a 2nd TV in this room. The spacious tiled bathroom has both a bath & shower. No private laundry within the apartment but there is a coin operated laundry just next door - there is one on each floor of the building. No allocated car park with this apartment but we may be to help should you require one (extra fee would apply).
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking - entire complex is smokefree. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.
For longer term stays of 3 months or more a lower rate can be negotiated with the tenant choosing from the various services as required.

Your internet provider is Vodafone, should you have problems with your
connection, first please reboot (there is a
reset button on the modem) or if this doesn’t work please ring the help
number on 0800 438 448 and quote your
user name “heritagehotel420” and account number 10651699.
Once you are in the Heritage Hotel main lobby on Hobson Street, swipe the
card in elevator and take the elevator to the 4th floor. Turn left and
follow the signs your apartment will be on your left at the end of the
hallway. Use the door swipe to open the door.
Please Note
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment or the building
itself – the entire complex is smoke free.
Please ensure upon vacating that all dishes have been washed.
There is a coin operated Washing & Dryer outside your door on
the left. You will need your door swipe to open the door. The
machines are coin operated, and you will need your own washing
power.
Rubbish Room is located near just outside your apartment on a
corner where the two corridors meet marked “private” - this is the
rubbish room for recycling and rubbish.
When you vacate, please leave the swipe card & key in the
apartment on the table. Do not hand the keys to the Hotel Reception
Please ensure upon vacating that all dishes have been washed.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
the bins in the garage.
Electricity, Water, & TV
Included within your tenancy are the following: Water Hotel Sky TV &
Power: Electricity, to the value of $120.00 per month for a One Bedroom.
Water to the value of $100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts
will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays
for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then
shared over then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
Hotel cable TV is provided within your rental payment, the channels include
some sport, movie & news channels. The selection of feed is handled by
the hotel and is beyond our control.
