This one bedroom air conditioned apartment on the 7th floor is 51 m2 and has a bright minimalist decor, it is very sunny, and has a wide view overlooking the viaduct area towards the harbour bridge and the North Shore, there is a small deck off the open plan living area. The bedroom has a queen bed and the bathroom has a luxurious double shower system shower and also houses the laundry facilities. SKY TV (hotel feed) and unlimited hi speed wifi are included. Easy walking distance to the Viaduct, Victoria Park, Sky City and Westhaven Marina.
Minimum stay one week. Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please.

Apartment Car park Number: 83 – Hotel Level in Basement (B2)
To enter the apartment building; Hold security fob against the security
reader at main doors and in lift and take lift to Level 7. Apartment 705 is
right across from the lift.
To locate your carpark; Drive under the building to left of main entrance
doors (swipe security fob if door is not already open) and drive all the
way to the level of the basement (B2). Car park 83.
To access your apartment from this car park area, hold the security fob
against the security reader in the lift and go to Level 7.
Checkout time is 10 am.
Leave all keys & security fobs on the kitchen bench and lock
the door or bring to our office across the road. PLEASE

When you check out please ensure all the dishes have been done and
put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to the
bins on level B1.
Please turn OFF the air-conditioning/heating when you depart.
Please ensure you depart on time unless you have made special
arrangements with us as we may have another guest arriving on the
same day. There is a surcharge of $50 for a non-authorised late
check out or if you turn away housekeeping.
Special Instructions
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment, on the balcony
or the building itself.
Rubbish Room is located on the B1 - to the left of the garage door.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
Please turn OFF the air-conditioning/heating when you go out.

Electricity: Included within your tenancy are the following: Water &
Power: Electricity, to the value of $120 per month for one bedroom. Water
to the value of $100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be
charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less
than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared
over then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
