Heritage Towers
The Heritage Tower is part of the Heritage Auckland Accommodation Complex which takes up the block between Nelson & Hobson St in the city, the Hotel is housed in the old Farmers Department Store which opened in 1921 and has been restored in keeping with its original art deco style, while the Tower Block is a new build, 14 stories high with views of the city and harbour. Strategically placed it is in walking distance of major transport hubs, SKYCITY Entertainment Centre, the CBD and the Viaduct Harbour. The two residences share great facilities - there are two pools - one outdoor and one indoor heated lap pool, two spa pools, two gyms, tennis court and a restaurant all available to residents.

This 79 m2 air conditioned 12th floor apartment with super king bed (convertible to twins if required) has expansive views over the Viaduct area to the harbour. Both the bedroom and lounge open onto the balcony. There are full kitchen & laundry facilities and the tiled bathroom has a separate bath and shower. SKY TV including sports & movies from the hotel feed, DVD, WiFi, landline and stereo with docking station. An allocated carpark is just downstairs in the complex. Apartment can be opened up to adjoining studio apartment if booked together.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment please, entire complex is smokefree. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

12078” and 10823821. Your package is unlimited. Modem is shared by
adjoining apartment please do NOT turn it off.
Car Park: # 49 If you are using the car park please ensure you inform the
concierge about your registration number in order to avoid getting towed.
Please note the height restriction in this carpark is 2.1 metres.
To exit the car park on foot: The exit to the hotel lobby is through the
glass double doors behind you. Or to exit to road, use door beside roller
door you drove in through.
To exit the car park by car: Drive around the car park. Tap card against
reader on right, a number of metres before the roller doors. Turn right
only on Gorst Lane.
To activate the apartment lights, place the swipe key in the electronic
holder on the wall on the right side of the door as you enter the
apartment. For swipe card problems, speak with Reception in the lobby. For
any other queries, please contact us.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment on the balcony
or the building itself.
Please turn off the air-conditioning when not in the apartment.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the dish drawer
Instructions for all appliances are in the bottom drawer in the
lounge unit.
Access to the swimming pools, gyms and tennis court is from Level 2
– follow the signs.
It is against body corp rules to leave laundry out on the balcony –
please leave clothes horse up in the bathroom or use the drying
programme of the washing machine.
Please note the internet is shared by the adjoining apartment –
therefore please do not turn off the modem in your apartment.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
the bins in the garage.
Rubbish can be taken to the rubbish room which is through the doors
to the right of the lifts and then first room on your right (you
will need your swipe to access the room and return through the fire
doors onto the 12th floor)
When vacating, please return the swipe card/s to our office. If
vacating after hours or on weekends, leave the swipe card in the
apartment on the kitchen bench. Please do not hand them into the
Towers Reception desk even if this how you collected them.
Electricity; Included within your tenancy is the following: Water &
Power: Electricity, to the value of $120 per month for a one bedroom, &
Water to the value of $120.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts
will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays
for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then
shared over then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
Fire Evacuation Plan; Please ensures that you know where the exit stairs
are in relation to your apartment. Ambulance/Fire/Police: DIAL 111
