This complex was developed in the late 1990's on the original 1924 commercial wharf, the six shipping sheds have been redesigned and built to look like a liner. Shed 19 is on the eastern side with views across to Queens Wharf, the Ferry Terminal, Cloud and out to the Waitemata Harbour, the North Shore and Rangitoto Island. The wharf is still a working wharf and although the overseas cruise terminal was relocated to Queens Wharf in 2013, occasionally a cruise liner still berths for the day on the eastern side of Princes Wharf adjacent to Sheds 19 & 20. The wharf is now home to the Hilton Hotel, the Princes Wharf Apartments, some commercial offices and a variety of cafes restaurants and bars.

Take the lift to the 5th floor, open your apartment door and then climb the internal staircase to this spacious air conditioned one bedroom apartment with the best views in town! The 85 m2 apartment has a particularly high stud which gives a feeling of space and the large living area opens onto a wrap around deck. This apartment has views over both harbour and city taking in the morning and evening sun and is tastefully decorated with original art. It is within walking distance of the Ferry Terminal, Britomart Transport Station, Vector Arena and the Downtown Shopping Centre so no need of a car. There is a luxurious queen bed and generous WiFi package with Netflix setup on the television. The ensuite has a shower only. There are full laundry facilities within the apartment and the kitchen is fully equipped.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

For your information, please note the following instructions:
To enter the apartment building – Shed 19 is the first shed on the right
when you arrive on the Wharf.
Place swipe card against black pad to right of main front doors of
Shed 19 to unlock. Take lift to level 5. Exit lift and use the
swipe to go through the fire doors, turn left and your apartment is
on your left.
The Rubbish Room is located on Level 3.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR ON THE DECK PLEASE.
Cleaning: Your apartment will be serviced once a week by our
housekeeping team between 10am and 4pm. The cleaners have their own
access card/key. The service includes a full linen change together
with fresh towels and tea towels. The apartment is dusted, vacuumed
and all floors washed. The bathroom is cleaned and toilet paper
replenished, the kitchen is given a thorough wipe down, we do not
do your dishes Please remove your rubbish daily to the bins and
chutes in the complex. Should you leave the apartment in an
excessively dirty state you will be charged a departure surcharge.
Please do not leave the heat pump/aircon going when you are out –
it takes very little time to heat up or cool down the apartment and
can be expensive to run.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM.
ON YOUR DEARTURE, PLEASE LEAVE THE KEYS ON THE KITCHEN BENCH WITHIN
THE APARTMENT AND LOCK THE DOOR AS YOU LEAVE.
To view Netflix, Please turn on TV, Click on the green smart tv
button on the remote. Tab across to Netflix using arrows on the
remote. Click on Netflix. Select Guest. You can now watch anything
on Netflix.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the dish
drawer, do not use the hand washing up liquid or you will cause a
fault and consequently a call out fee will be charged.
Noise
Noise is often a common problem when living in central city apartments.
Generally from 11pm - 7am noise should be at a reasonable level. If you
have problems with anyone making noise between these times please contact
security immediately. Once a complaint is received, security will issue a
first warning to the tenant/resident of where the noise is coming from. If
the noise continues, call our security team again. Noise control will be
called if the first warning is being ignored. Security is onsite 24/7 and
operates from the management office located on ground floor of Shed 23. For

Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:
Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.
Electricity, to the value of $120 per month. Water to the value of $100.00
per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your
credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will
have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then
calculated/charge according to the length of stay.

Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
