This recently built apartment building is handy to the High Court and the Auckland Legal District plus the Auckland Hospital, University and Albert Park. Secure parking in the basement.

Located to satisfy legal and university visitors, but also very handy to the city centre. This sunny two bedroom apartment is on the eastern side of the building on 15th floor with superb views of the city and harbour from both the living area and the bedrooms. It is a spacious apartment with the living area opening onto an east facing balcony and both bedrooms enjoying a north facing balcony. The views from every angle in this apartment are breathtaking. The master bedroom enjoys a luxurious ensuite and queen bed. The second bathroom is just off the second bedroom which has a queen bed and includes the laundry facilities. Unlimited wifi.

Apartment is serviced weekly including full linen change. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

Payment Policy:

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.

Welcome to your apartment. We hope you enjoy the apartment and the amazing outlook! Below is some information that you may require to help enhance your stay.


PARKING /KEYS Turn off Symonds Street into Whitaker Place, Drive down the road and you will find Whitaker Park Central on your left. Coming from foot, use the foot bridge to the entrance and use your swipe to enter. Coming by car, use the carpark entrance and your swipe to open the gate. Your carpark is on this level and to your left.


Your parking space is # 52


Proceed to take the lift to level 15 and your apartment is down the end of the hallway.


 


RUBBISH There is a rubbish room on the ground floor.


 


NOISE Excessive noise contravenes residency rules and is unacceptable. You will find most of residences are occupied by the owners so the building is very safe, quiet and friendly.


 


CLEANING


Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen, towels etc are replenished. The bathrooms are cleaned and the kitchen is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be charged a departure surcharge.


Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of $65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will confirm the change.








SMOKING Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony.


The fitted smoke detectors are very sensitive – they will sound alarms throughout the entire building and are directly linked to the Fire Department.


False alarms by occupants may incur a call-out fee from the Fire Department, payable by the occupants.


In the event of evacuation of building, DO NOT USE THE LIFTS and make your way to the pool area.


PETS Pets are not permitted under any circumstances


 


SLIDING DOORS Please close the balcony doors when you are not in the apartment, as a security measure and unexpected rain may cause damage


 


APPLIANCE


MANUALS Please do not discard or remove these manuals.


WASHING MACHINE Laundry detergent must go directly into the machine with clothes. The indent is


on the top. Top of the agitator is for fabric softener only. When using the Dryer


please make sure you put the fan on and keep the door open for ventilation





DRYER Please empty the condensation reservoir (top left) after each drying cycle – this is very important as the reservoir has limited capacity. Please empty the lint collector (in door of dryer) after every cycle to prevent a fire hazard.


 


MICROWAVE Please use only recommended microwave ware
