Half way up Parnell Road on the eastern side of the road opposite the pretty Parnell Village, this building houses both commercial offices and private apartments and has parking at the rear. The Link Bus outside the building runs every 10 minutes from Newmarket to the CBD or a 20 minute walk, cafes and shops are on your doorstop.

Apartment 2c
Large sunny quiet apartment, with queen bed in master bedroom and double in the second bedroom. Two allocated car parks in the basement. TV, stereo, and WiFi included, full modern kitchen and two newly renovated tiled bathrooms. Master bedroom and open plan living area all opening onto the sunny north facing balcony.

Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

Payment Policy:

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.

information about the



Apartment, facilities and fantastic Parnell Village. We hope you enjoy your
stay.




Access



Access to apartment main door is from Parnell Road. The apartment is on
Level 1 – swipe your fob on the key ring in the lift to access this floor.



Please ask your guests need to use the intercom on the walkway, push the
button 2C to page the apartment.



Communicate with persons at main door using the wall-hung intercom handset.



Check out is 10am - please leave both sets of keys in the room on your
departure.




Car Parks



One carpark is on the bottom level at the back of the building – take the
drive to the right of the building and go the bottom and turn left – the
garage is clearly marked, please note the door does not close.



The other car park is located in the basement of the building – turn sharp
left half way down the drive and stop in front of the double door. Get out
of car and go to door to the right of the rollers doors using the swipe to
gain access and then the first door on the left to access the garage. The
allocated car parking space is clearly marked 2C – push the green button to
the left of the double roller door to open.




Power, Heating & Hot Water



The hot water supply is electrical; there is generally no need to turn on
or off. Occasionally the Hot water is turned off if there is a “gap”
between tenancies. Tap to Hot water cylinder is under the stair well should
you need to turn it back on



Radial heaters are available in the bedroom closets.



Please ensure all appliances and lights, including heated towel rails are
turned off on your departure.



The refrigerator power should be left on at all times.




Cleaning, Recycling & Waste Disposal



A waste disposal insinkerator is available for disposal of small food
scraps; ensure water is running when in use.



Recycling of plastics, cardboard, glass and tinned items is encouraged.



Wheelie bins are located in the carpark for disposal of recycling &
general waste.



Please empty the refrigerator & freezer completely on departure.



Please ensure all rubbish/waste is disposed of in bins on your departure.
These are located outside the lower garages.




Weekly Servicing: Cleaning is done weekly on the anniversary of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there after
10am. Should your stay between 8-13 days, a housekeeping service will be
scheduled halfway through your stay and on departure. Beds are remade with
freshly laundered/ironed linen, towels etc are replenished. Both the
bathroom(s) and kitchen are cleaned, but we do not wash any dirty dishes.
The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed and/or washed. Balconies and
courtyards are swept/washed and windows where accessible are cleaned.
Please remove your rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex.
Should you leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge. Please contact our office 24 hours prior to
service should you wish to amend your housekeeping schedule. But should the
cleaners arrive and for any reasons are turned away, a surcharge OF $65
will apply unfortunately, as our cleaners are not based on site.




CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done and put
away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to the bins in the
garage.





Kitchen Facilities



Operating manuals for the oven, cooking hob and microwave are kept in the
kitchen drawers.



Take care when switching oven power on/off - switch can be confused with
refrigerator switch.



A dishwasher operating manual is kept in the kitchen drawers. Standard
cycle # - Eco Wash.



Please ensure you use dishwashing power – if you use a tablet please put it
in the basket with the knives & forks.




Laundry



Washing Machine & Dryer - operating manuals kept in kitchen drawer.



Take care not to overload the washing machine.



Bentley's Drycleaner is located approx 400m away on Parnell Rd.




Entertainment System



The apartment is equipped with My SKY TV Basic, Blu-ray Player, and stereo
for your enjoyment.




Electricity



Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:




Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.




Electricity, to the value of $120 per month for two bedrooms




Water to the value of $100.00 per month



Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or
invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges
prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge
according to the length of stay.




Transport



The Link bus takes a continuous circuit of Parnell, Newmarket, Ponsonby
& Auckland City.



The bus stop is on main road, 5 minutes walk.



Downtown Auckland is only 10 minutes away on the Link Bus which runs
through Parnell every



10 minutes from Monday to Saturday; and every 15 minutes evenings and
Sundays.




Taxis are available day and night in several locations, the closest ranks
