Queen bed in one bedroom, second bedroom has twins beds which can be converted to king if requested prior to arrival. Wooden floors, open plan living area with superb comfy leather couch and a wonderful cook's kitchen. Central heating and air conditioning make this a very livable apartment for both holiday makers and corporate people. Carpark included.
Included in rental price is high speed wireless internet connected to the 40" Smart TV.

Carpark: C161 on Level 6
Orientation: The carpark entrance is via the Metropolis Residence on 1
Courthouse Lane. Use your white swipe card and swipe it on the grey pad to
open the garage. Your carpark can be found on level 6. Your carpark number
is 161. Take the lift and use swipe card in lift to access level 8. Look
for the signs direction to 811.
Swipes: If you have a problem with the door swipe please ask hotel
reception to check the swipe and reprogram if necessary. Their contact
number is: (0)9 300 88 00. Please don’t hold swipe card near cell phone -
this demagnetises it.
Mail room: To access the mailbox room in the lobby to clear mail use the
small black key on your room key.
Special Instructions
Rubbish disposal is via bins/chute in the service lift lobby
Swimming pool and gym are located on Level 8 - access using the
swipe card.
Cleaning is carried out on a weekly basis; cleaner has own access
card.
Please turn the Air Conditioning OFF when you go out and upon
vacating.
It is recommended that dishwashing powder be used in the dish
drawer.
To access the mailbox room in the lobby to clear mail use the small
black key on your room key.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
the rubbish room in the service area of the hallway. You can access
the Hotel Lobby Level without using the card in the lift, but you
will not be able to access the Residences Lobby on Level 2.
Please return swipe cards to our office on departure. If vacating
over the weekends, please leave the swipe card in the apartment
(you will need to remove your car from the carpark first), exit via
the Hotel Lobby as you do not need the swipe to access the Hotel
Lobby Level.
Please ensure all dishes have been washed.
On the day of departure, please vacate by 10am.
Please don’t hold swipe card near cell phone - this demagnetises
it.
NO SMOKING in the apartment or the building.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power, to
the value of $50 per month. Electricity, to the value of $150 per month.
Water to the value of $100.00 per month.
Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or
invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges
prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge
according to the length of stay.
Fire Evacuation Plan
Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
apartment. Ambulance/Fire/Police: DIAL 111
