Lighter Quay Pavilion
Lighter Quay is a quiet complex on the eastern side of the Viaduct Harbour within walking distance to the cafes and restaurants but far enough way to be peaceful. The modern glass and concrete design allows the light to fill every apartment, a private waterway/marina in the centre is a pleasant surprise. Fantastic facilities that include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and fully equipped gymnasium. Stroll around the Viaduct Basin or over the Te Wero Pedestrian Bridge for a drink at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area or up to the new vibrant Wynyard Quarter & North Wharf areas. The Pavilion Block is one of four blocks in the complex, only two stories high it overlooks the private internal waterway - some apartments even have their own private dock.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, furnished 54 sqm apartment on the second floor has an open plan living area with two balconies and an ensuite for each bedroom. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, lounge and dining area, this apartment has it all. Unlimited wifi, 40" smart TV and MySKY HDi all included. Bedrooms have a queen bed and twins which can be made up into a king if required. Secured underground carpark within the building included. Please note it is on top floor of the Pavilion Block - there is no lift so you need to walk up one flight of stairs from the the apartment.

Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please, entire complex is smokefree. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

Payment Policy:

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.
