Lighter Quay Pavilion
Lighter Quay is a quiet complex on the eastern side of the Viaduct Harbour within walking distance to the cafes and restaurants but far enough way to be peaceful. The modern glass and concrete design allows the light to fill every apartment, a private waterway/marina in the centre is a pleasant surprise. Fantastic facilities that include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and fully equipped gymnasium. Stroll around the Viaduct Basin or over the Te Wero Pedestrian Bridge for a drink at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area or up to the new vibrant Wynyard Quarter & North Wharf areas. The Pavilion Block is one of four blocks in the complex, only two stories high it overlooks the private internal waterway - some apartments even have their own private dock.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 76 m2 sunny serviced apartment has an open plan living area with a balcony with with views from balcony of private waterway and city skyline . Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, lounge and dining area, this apartment has it all. Unlimited wi-fi linked to 40" Smart TV. Master bedroom has queen bed, ensuite has shower over the bath. Second bedroom has twin beds which can be made up as a king if required. Both bedrooms open onto a west facing courtyard. Full laundry and secure carpark in basement.


Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please, entire complex is smokefree.

Payment Policy:

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.

For your information, please note the following:




To enter the apartment building from 79 Halsey Street: Place silkey against
black pad to left of main front gate to unlock the gate. Enter and walk to
middle building which is known as the Pavilion. The Pavilion is where the
office is located. Walk down the alleyway and 103 will be through the
second door on your left.



To locate your car park: From Halsey St, take the down ramp at the left
hand side of the main entrance (signage that says “79 – 89) and use the
silkey to open the iron grille. Turn right and drive across the middle
section to the block of car parks marked “H.” Your park is H02. Please note
the height restriction in the garage is 2.1 metres.



Notes: Rubbish bins are located in the car park by the door to the stairs
and the lift.



Electricity: Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water
& Power: Electricity, to the value of $150 per month for Two bedrooms.
Electricity, to the value of $150.00 per month Three Bedrooms. Water to the
value of $100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged
against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a
month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over
then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.




Fire Evacuation Plan: Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are
in relation to your apartment. Ambulance/Fire/Police: DIAL 111
