The modern glass and concrete design allows the light to fill every apartment, a private waterway/marina in the centre is a pleasant surprise. Fantastic facilities that include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and fully equipped gymnasium. Stroll around the Viaduct Basin or over the Te Wero Pedestrian Bridge for a drink at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area or up to the new vibrant Wynyard Quarter & North Wharf areas.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 76 m2 sunny, serviced apartment has an open plan living area and balcony views of private waterway and city skyline. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, lounge and dining area, this apartment has it all. High Speed unlimited wifi, large smart TV with MySKY HDi all included. Both bedrooms have king beds which can be split into twins if required. Standard set up is king in master and twins in second bedroom - and the bedrooms open onto a west facing courtyard. Two bathrooms one with shower over bath and the other with shower only. Secure allocated carpark in basement included in tariff.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please, entire complex is smokefree. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

To enter the apartment building from 79 Halsey Street
Place silkey against black pad to left of main front gate to unlock
the gate. Enter and walk to middle building which is known as the
Pavilion. The Pavilion is where the office is located. Walk down
the alleyway and 110 will be through the last door on your left.
To locate your car park: From Halsey St, take the down ramp at the left
hand side of the main entrance (signage that says “79 – 89) and use the
silkey to open the iron grille. Turn right and drive across the middle
section to the block of car parks marked “H.” Your park is H15. Height
restriction is 2.1 metres in the garage.
To access your apartment from this car park area: The lift is
behind you. At level 1, exit lift and turn right and exit outside
into the walkway. The Pavilion block will be in front of you turn
right and the apartment numbers are written on the door. Look for
110 which is the last door entrance on your left.
Notes
Rubbish bins are located in the car park by the door to the stairs
and the lift.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dishdrawer.
Please leave on all appliance switches that are on the wall behind
the microwave and above the hob.
NO SMOKING inside the apartment please.
Noise: This apartment is located in a residential complex, please
respect your neighbours by complying with the body cop rules and
limiting noise after 11pm.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM
At check-out, remove carpark from carpark and then leave keys
inside the apartment. Ensure the door lock is turned to horizontal
position (or door will not lock behind you). If keys are not left
in the apartment we will charge a $150 recovery/replacement fee.
Please clean all your dishes and remove them from the dishwasher.
Take all your rubbish to the bins in the garage.
Please be aware that Lighter Quay is a residential complex and
respect your neighbours with regard to noise. Should the security
guard be called to your apartment due to a complaint then you will
be liable for this call out fee. We also have the right to evict
due to breaking of body corp rules.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:
Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.
Electricity, to the value of $150 per month. Water to the value of $100.00
per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your
credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will
have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then
calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
Fire Evacuation Plan
Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
