Stroll around the Viaduct Basin or over the Te Wero Pedestrian Bridge for a drink at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area or up to the new vibrant Wynyard Quarter & North Wharf areas. The Stratis Block is one of four blocks in the complex, it is on the eastern side with views across the Viaduct Marina.

This 70sqm 6th floor 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom furnished apartment has amazing views over the Viaduct Harbour. Featuring a fully equipped open plan kitchen/living area which opens onto the balcony. Queen bed in master bedroom and a king bed in second bedroom which can split into twins if required at an additional cost. Secured underground tandem carpark within the building included. Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please, entire complex is smokefree. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

Locating your car park
From Fanshawe St end of Halsey St, drive along Halsey St, turn
right through double wooden doors DOWN RAMP (to the left of the
signage that says "79-89". Drive down the ramp and use your round
swipe to open the iron grille. Continue straight ahead to the far
wall then turn right. Car parks S45 and S50 are the third tandem
spaces on your right. (Numbers are marked on the ground.)
To access your apartment from the car parking area
After you park; access to the complex is the first doorway to the
left of parking space S45
Press the green button to release this door and go through. The
lift is immediately on your right. Swipe the black pad and press
the lift button. Take the lift to the 6th Floor.
Exit lift, turn left and your apartment is at the end of the
corridor.
To enter the apartment building from Halsey Street
Place your round swipe against black pad to left of main front gate
to unlock. Walk across the car park area to the Stratis building in
front of you. Go down the stairs between the podium car park and
waterway. The lift is right in front of you. Take the lift to level
6, (you will need the silkey to use the lift) turn left and go to
end of the corridor to your apartment 603.
When opening the door push it open a little bit then let it drop
back before fully opening it. This is a security/door stop thing.
To lock the front door from inside the apartment for security: with
door open, raise handle on the outside to horizontal position. Then
latch on inside c and turn to horizontal. Then the door will be
secured.
Additional information for your apartment
There is a rubbish shute to the left of the lift on level 6. Please
note this is not for recycling – there are rubbish areas downstairs
in the carpark for this. The rubbish collections are down daily
early in the morning.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dish
drawer. Please wash dishes before checkout.
NO SMOKING inside the apartment please or on the balcony, the
entire complex is smokefree.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM.
At check-out, remove carpark from carpark and then leave keys
inside the apartment. Ensure the door lock is turned to horizontal
position (or door will not lock behind you). If keys are not left
in the apartment we will charge a $150 recovery/replacement fee.
Please clean all your dishes and remove them from the dishwasher.
Take all your rubbish to the bins in the garage.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:
Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.
Electricity, to the value of $150 per month for two bedroom. Water to the
value of $100.00 per month.
Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or
invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges
prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge
according to the length of stay.
Fire Evacuation Plan
Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
