Stroll around the Viaduct Basin or over the Te Wero Pedestrian Bridge for a drink at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area or up to the new vibrant Wynyard Quarter & North Wharf areas. The Stratis Block is one of four blocks in the complex, it is on the eastern side with views across the Viaduct Marina and the internal waterway.

This 100sqm 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom furnished apartment on the 5th floor has an open plan living area with two conservatories to catch both the morning and afternoon sun. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, spacious lounge and dining & work areas, this apartment has it all. A generous Wi-fi package and MY SKY HDi included. The master bedroom has a king bed which can split into twins if required, there are twins in the second bedroom which can be made up as a king on request and a sofa bed in the lounge. Secured underground carpark within the building included.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please, entire complex is smokefree. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

Notes
Rubbish bins are located in the car park by the door to the stairs
and the lift. There is also a shute off the hall on the same level
as the apartment - this is for bagged rubbish only - please do not
put bottles or other recycling items down this shute, they must be
put in the bins on the carpark level .
TV - Watch all TV channels through Sky. Use the Input button and
select HDMI1 to watch all channels through Sky. This is a My Sky
unit which means you can record and live pause, rewind using the
sky remote.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dishdrawer
– do not under any circumstances use dish washing LIQUID.
Please leave on all appliance switches that are on the wall behind
the microwave and above the hob.NO SMOKING inside the apartment
please or within the complex.
At check-out, remove carpark from carpark and then leave keys
inside the apartment. Ensure the door lock is turned to horizontal
position (or door will not lock behind you). If keys are not left
in the apartment we will charge a $150 recovery/replacement fee.
Please clean all your dishes and remove them from the dishwasher.
Take all your rubbish to the bins in the garage.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM - please note that should you still be in
the apartment when the cleaners arrive you will be charged a late
check out surcharge.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:
Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.
Electricity is included to the value of $150 per month. Any excess to the
above amounts will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the
tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily
amount and then shared over then calculated/charge according to the length
of stay.
Fire Evacuation Plan
Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
