This complex was developed in the late 1990's on the original 1924 commercial wharf, the six shipping sheds have been redesigned and built to look like a liner. Shed 24 is on the western side with views west up to the Harbour Bridge and the North Shore, it is at the quieter end of the complex. The wharf is now home to the Hilton Hotel, the Princes Wharf Apartments, some commercial offices and a variety of cafes and restaurants.
Apartment 33 Shed 24
Located on the 4th floor of Shed 24, this spacious air conditioned 144 m2 apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (ensuite with bath and shower) and sits out in the water giving you the impression that you are on a cruise liner. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite, the second bedroom has twin beds which can be zipped together into a king, . Both bedrooms and the lounge open onto the private spacious covered deck which runs the length of the apartment and,has views west up the harbour to the Harbour Bridge. Flat screen TVs in both lounge and master bedroom, My SKY HDi and generous wifi package included. Full kitchen and separate laundry facilities. Secure reserved car park within the building included in tariff.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

Apartment Car park Number: Level 2, Space 03, Shed 24
For your information, please note the following instructions:
To Enter the Carpark (Height restriction 2m)
Enter the carpark ramp via Shed 23 (second Shed on left just by the
Parking Booth for Wilson Car parking). Hold your Wilsons Access
Card (PINK TAG) for 3 seconds against the reader on the right hand
wall before the grille.
At the top of the first ramp turn immediate left and then right,
proceed over the bridge into Shed 24 (colour code brown). The car
park is no 03.
To leave the car park follow signs to Exit in Shed 20 (colour code
yellow) hold your car park swipe over the reader on the right hand
wall before the grille at the bottom on the ramp.
NOTE: Your car park swipe records your vehicle in and out – if you
tailgate another vehicle in or out of the building without swiping
your card you will not be able to leave or re-enter the car park
building again until the access card is programmed as the system
will not have recorded your movements.
Should you have any problems please contact:
Wilsons Carparking on 0800 4 PARKING or 0800 688 853, they have the ability
to open the grilles automatically.
Please note the carpark access card is programmed for the carpark
and the exterior lifts on the road bridges between the Sheds on
Level 2+ 3. It does not open the doors to the Shed itself on the
carpark levels.
To enter the Apartment building from the car park, go to the lift
well in the centre of the Shed (labelled Exit) and use your white
building swipe to open the door. Take the lift to Level 4, go
through the fire doors and your apartment is No. 33.
To enter the car park
Enter car park ramp via Shed 23 (second Shed on left just by the Parking
Booth for Wilson Car parking). Swipe your card against the black pad on the
right hand wall – your car must have its wheels on the concrete pad below
the black pad). At the top of the ramp turn immediate left and then right,
proceed over the bridge into Shed 24 (colour code brown). The car park is
no 03.
To leave the car park follow signs to Exit wave your white car park swipe
over the black box on the right hand wall at the top of the ramp in Shed 20
– drive down the ramp towards the gate and it will open automatically.
NOTE: Your car park swipe records your vehicle in and out – if you tailgate
another vehicle in or out of the building without swiping your card you
will not be able to leave or re-enter the car park building again as the
system will not have recorded your movements
To enter the Apartment building from the car park, go the lift well in the
centre of the Shed and use your white building swipe (not the car park
swipe) to open the door. Take the lift to Level 4, Exit lifts go through
the fire doors, turn right and your apartment is down the end of the
corridor, second door on your right No 23.
To enter the apartment building
Place swipe card against black pad to right of first front doors of
Shed 24 to unlock. Take lift to level 4. Exit lifts and turn right
and your apartment is No 33.
The Rubbish Room is located on levels 2 and 3, next to the car
park.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR ON THE BALCONY PLEASE.
PLEASE RETURN ALL KEYS AND SWIPES TO US WHEN YOU VACATE OR LEAVE
THEM ON THE KITCHEN BENCH WITHIN THE APARTMENT.
Ensure all dishes have been washed.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM. Please leave the key inside the apartment
on your check out day or return it to the office. (remove your car
from the carpark first)
To view Sky Television, turn TV on; press either AV1 or on TV
remote then use Sky remote to view all Channels.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dishdrawer.
Noise
Noise is often a common problem when living in central city apartments.
Generally from 11pm—
7am noise should be at a reasonable level. If you have problems with anyone
making noise between these times please contact security immediately. Once
a complaint is received, security will issue a first warning to the
tenant/resident of where the noise is coming from. If the noise continues,
call our security team again. Noise control will be called if the first
warning is being ignored. Security is onsite 24/7 and operates from the
management office located on ground floor of Shed 23. For any assistance
please contact Security directly on 021 792 473.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:
Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.
Electricity, to the value of $150 per month for Studio/One/Two bedrooms.
Electricity, to the value of $150.00 per month. Any excess to the above
amounts will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant.
Stays for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount
and then shared over then calculated/charge according to the length of
stay.
Internet:
Vodafone is your internet provider, if there is a fault please first reboot
and if problem persists contact them on 0800 438 448 – your user name is
“LighterQuay202P” and customer number 10197721
Fire Evacuation Plan
Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
