Lighter Quay Complex is a quiet complex on the eastern side of the Viaduct Harbour within walking distance to the cafes and restaurants but far enough way to be peaceful. Fantastic facilities that include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and fully equipped gymnasium. Stroll around the Viaduct Basin or over the Te Wero Pedestrian Bridge for a drink at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area or up to the new vibrant Wynyard Quarter & North Wharf areas. The Northern Block is the most sought after of the four blocks in the complex, it is has stunning views of the Harbour and Luxury Boat Marina.

This 110 m2 two bedroom apartment boasts fantastic views of the Viaduct Marina from the living and dining area. A six seat dining table makes entertaining easy along with a fully facilitated stainless steel kitchen. Tasteful modern furniture and decor throughout the apartment and also has a fully equipped laundry. A generous Wi-Fi package included. The two bedrooms both have king beds with the second bedroom bed being able to split into twins. The master has a luxurious ensuite and walk in wardrobe, the second bedroom has a study desk. There is a guest bathroom off the living area.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please, entire complex is smokefree. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

To locate your apartment
The Lighter Quay complex is located at 79 to 89 Halsey Street. To
locate your apartment from Halsey Street walk up the ramp and walk
through the main brown gates onto the podium. The entrance to 87 is
on your left. It is the second door you come to. Use the round grey
swipe card to enter the ground floor. Take the lift to level two.
2A is on your left.
Use the key to enter the apartment.
To locate your car park
From Halsey St, take the down ramp at the left handside of the main
entrance (signage that says “79 – 89) and use the silkey to open
the iron grille. Go straight ahead. The car park is on your right,

To locate your apartment from the car park area
Walk back towards the car park entrance. Opposite car park N52 you
will find a glass door – with North 87 on the glass door. Swipe
your card to enter the door – the lift is around the corner to the
right. Take the lift to level 2.
Notes
Rubbish is deposited in the chute – this is found behind the lift
column – between the 3rd and 2nd floors
Recycling is placed in the bins in the Waste Room – found in the
car park.
TV
Turn the TV on using the black SAMSUNG remote – red button.
Change channels, volume etc using the volume an channel button
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dishdrawer.
Please, wash dishes before check-out.
NO SMOKING inside the apartment please – use the ashtrays supplied
on the deck, do not throw butts over the railing or into the pot
plants.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
the bins in the garage.
The bedside lights in the main bedroom are turned on by touching
the top of them.
Please be aware that Lighter Quay is a residential complex and
respect your neighbours with regard to noise. Should the security
guard be called to your apartment due to a complaint then you will
be liable for this call out fee. We also have the right to evict
due to breaking of body corp rules.
At check-out leave all sets keys in the apartment. If keys are not
left in the apartment we will charge a $150 fine.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:Gas,
where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.
Electricity, to the value of $150.00 per month. Water to the value of
$100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against
your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month
will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then
calculated/charge according to the length of stay.

Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
