Luxury accommodation in the heart of the city - the Residences Tower has a separate entrance in front of the Stamford Plaza but shares all the great facilities of the hotel - The recreation centre is accessed from the 12th floor and has an indoor heated swimming pool, spa whirlpool, sauna and a state-of-the-art gymnasium with great views of Auckland's Waitemata Harbour and the city. Open seven days to guests from 6.00am to 11.00pm. There are also several bars and restaurants in the complex for your enjoyment.

Located on the 17th floor this luxury 159 sqm apartment has 270 degree views which run from the east across the city to the west.

The living area is located on the south side with expansive views from the kitchen, dining and lounge of the cityscape. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and the lounge has a very large flat screen TV, DVD and play station. The 3 bedrooms are located on each corner of the apartment to maximum privacy and have their own ensuites. The master bedroom has a superking california bed, TV and both shower and bath in the adjacent ensuite. The third bedroom has twin beds which can be made up as a king. There is a full laundry in the property and secure tandem carpark on the 4th floor together with storage.

Minimum stay is six months due to body corp rules. Serviced weekly including full linen change although we will consider applications without servicing at a lower rate. No smoking throughout apartment or on balcony.

Payment Policy:

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.

Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.
