This three bedroom apartment on the fifth floor is 158 sqm of executive living with the lift opening directly to your apartment. Amazing views over Victoria Park and to the Auckland Harbour Bridge, the apartment captures sun from its north west position. Modern indoor outdoor living lets you enjoy this special apartment. The best and highest quality fittings and fixtures have been used in this apartment right from the wooden floors to the marble bench top in the kitchen. The living room comes with a Smart TV that is Netflix enable and WiFi is included. For those lovers of making food there is a gas hob and seating at the kitchen bench to entertain while your guests chat to you. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. The ensuite has twin basins and mirrors, walk in shower and heated towel rail. Queen beds in the other two bedrooms. The apartment comes with linen, towels and condiments and is serviced weekly. Extra servicing can be arranged for an extra charge.

Car Parking:

1 car park with this property. A second is available subject to availability at an additional fee.

Payment Policy:

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.

The router/modem can be found in the kitchen sliding doors running perpendicular to the kitchen bench.


 


LIFT INSTRUCTIONS: The lift has doors on both sides of the lift. Always use the panel on the right hand side of the lift. This changes depending on which side of the lift you enter from.


 


To locate the apartment: If you are arriving on foot: The entrance to the complex is to the left of the carpark entrance. Use your swipe on the set of keys to open the front glass door. Walk down the corridor to the elevator on the left, the stairs a through the door to your left before the lift. Take this lift using your swipe to the 5th floor. The elevator has two doors, exit the same way you entered and only use the lift controls that are on your left as you walk in.


 


If you are arriving with a car:  The carpark entrance is the one on the right, furthest away from the main entrance. The garage remote on your set of keys will open this roller door. Drive up the ramp and your carparks are 17 & 18. Walk around to the other side of the carpark and you will find the elevator. Use your swipe to activate the elevator and take it to the 5th floor. The elevator opens directly onto the apartment.


 


To Exit the apartment:  When you are leaving the apartment to exit through the front door you would take the lift to B2 turn right towards the exit, there is a button on the left will open the glass door.


If leaving the apartment to exit to the carpark the lift buttons are on the right hand side of the lift and push B1 this is the storage area and carpark, you will need to use the gate remote heading in and exit as well


 


Please Note:  Smoking is not permitted in the apartment/deck or the building itself also the carpark height limit is 2.1M.


 


Electricity:  Included within your tenancy is the following: Water & Power: Electricity, to the value of $200 per month for a one bedroom, & Water to the value of $100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.


 


Fire Evacuation Plan;  Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your apartment. As the elevator opens directly onto the apartment, in the event of a fire, please do not use the elevator, use the stairs to the right of the elevator entrance.   Ambulance/Fire/Police: DIAL 111
