To enter the apartment building from the street
Place silkey against black pad at the pedestrian access at No. 77 or the
main gate. (See map on reverse)
Place silkey against black pad to left of main front door of the Tower
Block (no 81) to unlock. Go up one level and enter the hall and turn right
through the fire door – apartment No. 203.
To locate your car park
From Halsey St, take the down ramp at the left hand side of the
main entrance (signage that says “79 – 89) and use the silkey to
open the iron grille. Turn right and drive across the middle
section to the block of car parks marked “H” to park at H6. Height
restriction in the garage is 2.1 metres.
To access your apartment from this car park area
The lift is in the centre of the parking area. At level 1, exit
lift and turn right, cross the courtyard. The tower block is behind
the office beside the vegetable garden. Alternatively, stair access
via the swimming pool doors.
Notes
Rubbish bins are located in the car park by the door to the stairs
and the lift.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dishdrawer.
Please wash dishes before checkout.
Please leave on all appliance switches that are on the wall behind
the microwave and above the hob.
NO SMOKING inside the apartment please or on the balcony or in the
complex itself.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM.
At check-out, remove carpark from carpark and then leave keys
inside the apartment. Ensure the door lock is turned to horizontal
position (or door will not lock behind you). If keys are not left
in the apartment we will charge a $150 recovery/replacement fee.
Please clean all your dishes and remove them from the dishwasher.
Take all your rubbish to the bins in the garage.
Please be aware that Lighter Quay is a residential complex and
respect your neighbours with regard to noise. Should the security
guard be called to your apartment due to a complaint then you will
be liable for this call out fee. We also have the right to evict
due to breaking of body corp rules.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:
Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.
Electricity, to the value of $120 per month for Studio/One bedrooms. Water
to the value of $100.00 per month.
Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or
invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges
prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge
according to the length of stay.

Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
