Hobson on Quays is a four storey apartment complex located at the bottom of Hobson Street opposite the Grand chancellor Hotel. The building was built in the 60s and was converted into apartments in the 90's which is why the apartments and the building are spacious with long and wide hallways and high stud heights.

Recently renovated spacious two bedroom apartment with high stud on Hobson Street. The apartment is on the 1st floor of Hobson on Quays and enjoys a large 113sqm floor area. The kitchen has a large return bench with quality appliances opening into the dining area and living area. The dining table seats four comfortably. The lounge has very two comfortable couches and a large smart TV which is Netflix enabled and unlimited high speed wifi. The two bedrooms both have beautiful tiled ensuites. The master bedroom having a queen bed and the second bedroom with a king bed which can be made up as two singles on request for an additional charge. There is a dedicated laundry room with both a washing machine, dryer and tub. Heat pump in living area. Complex is smokefree. Carpark is included.
Apartment is serviced weekly including full linen change. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

Car Park: # 1A
Please note the height restriction in this carpark is 2.1 metres.
To exit the car park on foot: The exit is on the other side of the carpark,
exit through the door and then use the next door on your right. This takes
you through to the lobby of the building.
To exit the car park by car: Drive out the same way that you entered.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment on the balcony
or the building itself.
Please turn off all lights and the fans when exiting the apartment.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the dishwasher.
Instructions for all appliances are in the bottom drawer of the
kitchen.
It is against body corporate rules to leave laundry out on the
balcony – please leave clothes horse up in the bathroom or use the
clothes dryer.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen
is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed
and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where
accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
the bins in the garage.
Rubbish can be taken to the rubbish area which is on the garage
floor where you parked your car.
When vacating, please leave the keys, swipes and remotes in the
apartment and close the door behind you.
Electricity; Included within your tenancy is the following: Water &
Power: Electricity, to the value of $150 per month, & Water to the
value of $150.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged
against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a
month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over
then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
Fire Evacuation Plan; Please ensures that you know where the exit stairs
are in relation to your apartment. Ambulance/Fire/Police: DIAL 111
