Tastefully decorated,original artworks and precious pieces collected over the years make this apartment a sanctuary to come home to. It even has an open fireplace in the living area and includes TV and unlimited wifi. Parking for one car included.
Apartment is serviced weekly including full linen and towel change. No smoking please.

If you need to reboot for any reason (or check code on the bottom of unit)
the router is behind the TV – just turn on an off at wall, switch is tucked
in behind on bottom shelf.
It’s a wireless connection. If internet still doesn’t function, try
switching the modem off for 5 minutes, unplugging everything from the wall,
then reconnect and switch back on again.
Apartment Car park/Garage:
Parking – You (or your guests) can park in front of tbe garage (as shown
the arrow – please use the correct one –it’s the one closest to the
letterboxes) during the day and in the evenings for up to 3 hours (the body
corporate is very strict on this). Remote for Garage for parking will be in
the apartment.
The remote can be very sensitive so please ensure you don’t open by mistake
while in apartment.

Keys:
You have two keys:
Deadlock/Top lock – this key is clearly marked with a pink spot.
Please use this key for security purposes AND to ensure you don’t
lock yourself out.
Handle turn buttom key – the is the other key. In case you lock it
in error. Won’t help you if you go out without keys however.

At the top of the longest stairs as shown by the arrows and pic below. The
number is on the door.

ALARM:
Alarm Code: 0302. To disarm: “0302 Enter” and to Arm just hit “ARM” (top
left corner) and it will start beeping, you have around 30 seconds to
leave. Note there is no beep when you arrive to remind you the alarm is on
so remember to disarm each time you enter. The alarm is immediately to the
right when you come in the front door and looks like this:
Heater
Gas, switch on at wall and push the start button twice – you can select the
temperature by using the up and down arrows. The heater is in the garage in
the summer months however.
Microwave
Is in the panty – leave pantry door open while using.
Bathroom underfloor heating
is on a timer during winter months.
Washing Machine
is under the bench in the kitchen. It’s pretty self explanatory:
Power
select a cycle,
open the draw and put detergent in the left compartment (please use
liquid detergent)
hit start.
You wont be able to open it once it starts until the cycle has ended.
Dryer
The dryer function is attached to the cycle (ie it does a full wash cycle
then dryer gets tagged on to the end – it takes 4.5 hours)
There is a washing rack under the bed in the back bedroom
TV (TV hidden behind the black and white strip chair)
Turn TV on using Sony remote
HDMI-1 – is TV and to use channels use the “Dish TV Multi remote”
Back Door & Courtyard:
You are welcome to use that shared courtyard (this is shared between just 6
apartments). If you go out here PLEASE remember to lock it again.
Special Instructions
Rubbish bins are located near the car park entrance. Red top is
general waster and Blue top is recycling. The bins are not
apartment specific so you can use any bin.
Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your
arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there
after 10am. Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen,
towels etc. are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the
kitchen is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors
vacuumed and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows
where accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge.
Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
$65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
confirm the change.
Cleaning is done weekly on the anniversary of your arrival, the

Should you stay between 8-13 days, a housekeeping service will be
scheduled halfway through your stay and on departure. Beds are
remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen, towels etc. are
replenished. Both the bathroom(s) and kitchen are cleaned, but we
do not wash any dirty dishes. The apartment is dusted and floors
vacuumed and/or washed. Balconies and courtyards are swept/washed
and windows where accessible are cleaned. Please remove your
rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex. Should you
leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be
charged a departure surcharge. Please contact our office 24 hours
prior to service should you wish to amend your housekeeping
schedule. But should the cleaners arrive and for any reasons are
turned away, a surcharge will apply unfortunately, as our cleaners
are not based on site.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
the bins located at the gate near the road.
Instructions on how to use the appliances are in the kitchen.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dishdrawer.
Please ensure the property is ventilated, especially when showering
or using the dryer as condensation builds up on the bedroom windows
and encourages mould to grow where the water pools.
NO SMOKING INSIDE apartment or on the balcony please.
Please return all keys and fobs to our office on departure. If
vacating after hours or on the weekend, please leave them on the
kitchen bench and lock the door from the inside.
Checkout time is 10am.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & power:
gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month and
electricity, to the value of $150 per month for two bedrooms. Any excess to
the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to
the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges prorated to a
daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge according to the
length of stay. We would appreciate it if you are able to open windows
while you are in residence to keep the air fresh and prevent the build-up
of moisture. It is safe to leave the windows partially open during the day
while you are there.

Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your
