The Stratis Block is one of four blocks in the complex, it is on the eastern side with views across the Viaduct Marina.

This 70sqm 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom furnished apartment has views out over the boats in the Viaduct Harbour. Featuring a fully equipped open plan kitchen/living area which opens into the conservatory. Queen beds in both bedrooms which both have views over the water. Secured underground carpark within the building included. Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please, entire complex is smokefree. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

For your information, please note the following instructions:
To enter the apartment building from Halsey Street
Place your round swipe against black pad to left of main front gate
to unlock. Walk across the carpark area to the Stratis building in
front of you. The entrance is on your right down approximate 12
stairs. Take the lift to level 2, (you will need the silkey to use
the lift) turn left and go to end of the corridor to your apartment
203.
When opening the door push it open a little bit then let it drop
back before fully opening it. This is a security/door stop thing.
To lock the front door from inside the apartment for security: with
door open, raise handle on the outside to horizontal position. Then
latch on inside and turn to horizontal. Then the door will be
secured.
Additional information for your apartment
All the recycling and normal rubbish bins are in car park area;
look out for the room or bins.
Lounge Television: Push red button on Samsung remote. Then use the
sky remote to select channels.
Bedroom Tv: Push top red button on Teac remote. Push top power
button on sky remote. Use bottom numbers to change channels.
Glass sliders on balcony. Sliders are very heavy. Please don’t slam
them.
It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dish
drawer. Please wash dishes before checkout.
NO SMOKING inside the apartment please or anywhere within the
complex.
CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM.
Please be aware that Lighter Quay is a residential complex and
respect your neighbours with regard to noise. Should the security
guard be called to your apartment due to a complaint then you will
be liable for this call out fee. We also have the right to evict
due to breaking of body corp rules.
Electricity: Included within your tenancy are the following: Water &
Power: Electricity, to the value of $100 per month. Water to the value of
$100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against
your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month
will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then
calculated/charge according to the length of stay.
Fire Evacuation Plan; Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are
in relation to your apartment. Ambulance/Fire/Police: DIAL 111
