Details on the back of wireless modem Password: On Back of Modem,
It’s a wireless connection. If internet still doesn’t function, try
switching the modem off for 5 minutes, unplugging everything from the wall,
then reconnect and switch back on again.
Apartment Car park Number: 63 on Level one
(carpark off road behind Perspective Residences, Runnell St)
To enter the apartment building
· Grey fob or security card allows access to the doors to the Perspective
Complex on College Hill and to the car park on Runnell Street which is at
the back of the building.
To locate your car park
· From CBD, take Victoria St West. This becomes College Hill. Pass New
World supermarket on your left, and then take 2nd left into
Cascade St then turn left into Runnell Street right the entrance will be on
the right hand side go down the ramp and use your swipe card to open the
gate. Your carpark, is located with the number 63 (locker has 502).
· When exiting the car park, you will need to swipe the fob or card against
the pad on the wall.
To access your apartment from this car park area
· Walk back towards the lift door and take the lift to Level 5. Apartment
is to the right when you exit lift. Take lift to Level 2 to return to car
park or Level 3 for College Hill.
Special Instructions
· Instructions on how to use the appliances are in the kitchen.
· It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dishdrawer.
· Please ensure the property is ventilated, especially when showering or
using the dryer as condensation builds up on the bedroom windows and
encourages mould to grow where the water pools.
Electricity
Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & power:
gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month and
electricity, to the value of $150 per month for two bedrooms. Any excess to
the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to
the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges prorated to a
daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge according to the
length of stay. We would appreciate it if you are able to open windows
while you are in residence to keep the air fresh and prevent the build-up
of moisture. It is safe to leave the windows partially open during the day
while you are there.
