One sunny bedroom with a king bed and amazing views over the city and the Sky Tower.
The bathroom include a large shower and a toilet.
You have access in the apartment to full laundry facilities including laundry tub.
The apartment includes linen and towels serviced weekly.
The apartment has air-conditioning and a carpark.

Payment Policy:

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.

PARKING /KEYS:       The entrance to the carpark is from Packenham St East – the first ramp on your right after the intersection (You need to drive around a bend to see it). As you enter carpark (hold fob over the number 5 on the key pad) take a left, continue down until you see number 402 of the left against the wall.


Your parking space is # 402


To get to apartment from Carpark, the lift lobby is in the corner opposite the door you drove in. Entrance is marked by a green ‘exit’ sign. Walk back down to that end of the carpark and use your swipe to gain entrance to the lobby, the lift which will take you up to level 4, turn right and use the swipe to open the door into the hall, your apartment is on the on your left the number is on the door.


PEDESTRIAN ACCESS:             The complex is on the corner of Custom St West and Pakenham St East – you need your swipe to gain entrance to the foyer (hold fob over the number 5 on the key pad), catch the lift to the 4th floor and turn right and use your swipe to gain open the door to the wing, your apartment is on the left.  Access to the private park is from the ground floor level of this foyer – you will need to have your swipe.


VISITORS ACCESS:   There is no visitors parking in the complex.  Visitors can go to the main entrance


 And use the intercom system to call your apartment – No. 402 and the bell symbol.


RUBBISH:   There is a rubbish room on the same floor as your apartment – on the right just past the lift.  This area is emptied daily. There are recycling bins and a car wash bay in the lane that runs along the outside of the basement / garage complex. There is a bin in the Garage for Recycling Paper/Cardboard.


NOISE:    Please respect your neighbours. Excessive noise contravenes residency rules and is unacceptable.


SMOKING:     Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony.


The fitted smoke detectors are very sensitive – they will sound alarms throughout the entire building and are directly linked to the Fire Department.


False alarms by occupants may incur a call-out fee from the Fire Department, payable by the occupants.


In the event of evacuation of building, DO NOT USE THE LIFTS and make your way outside.


SLIDING DOORS:                    Please close the balcony doors when you are not in the apartment, as a security measure and unexpected rain may cause damage.  The cane chair can be used on the balcony but please ensure it is brought inside when not in use as excessive sun and rain could damage it.


APPLIANCE MANUALS:      Please do not discard or remove these manuals.


 


DRYER:    Please empty the lint collector (in door of dryer) after every cycle to prevent a fire hazard


 


WASHING MACHINE:             Laundry detergent must go directly into the machine with clothes. The indent is on the top. Top of the agitator is for fabric softener only. When using the Dryer please make sure you put the fan on and keep the door open for ventilation


 


OVEN:     The oven switch is located in the rear of the cupboards to the left – it can be knocked by mistake so please take care when placing items in this area.


 


Electricity:      Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power: Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month. Electricity, to the value of $120 per month. Water to the value of $100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.


 


CHECK OUT:      Departure is 10.00am.  Please remove your car from the carpark and then return to the apartment, leave the keys and swipes inside the apartment and close the door (snib to lock).  You do not need your swipe to access the ground floor.  Remove all rubbish to the rubbish room before departure.
