This totally private 3 bedroom Villa on the Esplanade in Darwin, in the heart of the CBD, caters to high-end clientele who are attracted by the privacy, the exclusivity, the spaciousness and the fact that this is NOT just a hotel room.

Party Policy
All of our holiday homes and apartments have a strict "NO PARTY or GATHERING" policy. Whilst we want you to enjoy your stay we ask that you respect the rules of the property. All noise is to cease by 10pm and the neighbours are not to be disturbed during your tenancy – please be aware that you are in a residential area and to be mindful of your noise levels (including music)

Damages Policy
Guests are responsible for all damages to the premises or, loss of or damage to any items in the premises. Please notify us immediately should any breakages, damage or loss occur during your stay.
Receipts and photographic evidence (where applicable) will be provided of any damages that require payment by you.
Whilst all care will be taken, MTAR accepts no responsibility for personal property left on the premises.

Payment Policy
This booking is confirmed subject to receipt of 50% deposit PAID VIA VISA OR MASTERCARD on this booking system and the balance payable four weeks prior to your arrival.

The balance, can be paid by any of the following methods.

Electronic Funds Transfer/Internet Banking

Credit Card Payments incur a 1.5% fee.

Full payment is required 28 days prior to your arrival
24 hour access details will be provided for you upon final payment of your booking.

"Security Deposit" - The Credit Card details supplied for the deposit of your booking will be retained to offset the security deposit of $500 over the property during your occupancy. Compensation of any breaches of our Terms of Occupancy stated on your booking confirmation attached, will be automatically charged against this credit card by the Property Manager up to 72 hours after your departure. If you do not wish us to retain these card details for this purpose, then either a refundable cash payment of $500 must be paid or an alternative card must be supplied prior to your arrival at the property.
Your balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival and we will send you a courtesy reminder prior to this time. Once full payment has been received, check in instructions will be finalised with you.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation UP TO 28 days prior to start of your occupancy (arrival booked date): if caused by the client, 20% of your booking is forfeited.
- Cancellation WITHIN 28 -14 DAYS to start of your occupancy (arrival date): if caused by the client, 50% of the total cost of your stay is forfeited.
- Cancellation WITHIN 14 DAYS to start of your occupancy (arrival date) and once commenced: if caused by the client, the total cost of your stay is forfeited.
We strongly suggest travel insurance is purchased if there is a possibility of cancellation, to minimise any impact to you of this policy.

- Availability: The owner will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings and offer alternative comparable accommodation if the booked property is not available due to unforeseen circumstances.

Directions to Property
From Darwin Airport : Depart airport and head along Henry Wrigley Drive. Turn left onto McMillans Road. Turn left onto Bagot Road. Veer right at the end of Bagot Road, going up over overpass. You are now on the Stuart Highway heading towards the Darwin CBD, the street name changes to Daly Street.

Driving From South : Drive in on the Stuart Highway, passing under the Bagot Road Overpass. As you approach the CBD, the street name changes to Daly Street.

At the end of Daly Street, you will come to a roundabout, where you will turn left.

You are now on the Esplanade. You will notice parkland and the sea on your right and hotels and apartments on the left. Continue along until you pass the Mantra Esplanade. The next property is Lamaroo Apartments, and Villa La Vue is located next door.

There are four stone houses on the property, with Villa La Vue occupying the first house on the street front (or the one on the left as you face the houses with the sea behind you). Villa La Vue is House 1 and has a brass plaque both at the front of the property and beside the front door. Our driveway is located to the left of the house and just after Lamaroo Apartments. Villa La Vue’s garage is located on the property and is the first on the right up the driveway and in behind the house.
