Additional InformationParty PolicyAll of our holiday homes and apartments have a strict "NO PARTY or GATHERING" policy. Whilst we want you to enjoy your stay we ask that you respect the rules of the property. All noise is to cease by 10pm and the neighbours are not to be disturbed during your tenancy – please be aware that you are in a residential area and to be mindful of your noise levels (including music)Damages PolicyGuests are responsible for all damages to the premises or, loss of or damage to any items in the premises. Please notify us immediately should any breakages, damage or loss occur during your stay. Receipts and photographic evidence (where applicable) will be provided of any damages that require payment by you.Whilst all care will be taken, MTAR accepts no responsibility for personal property left on the premises.
Car ParkingClearance 2.1 metersYou have 1 allocated car space. To locate car park, after turning into Anchorage Court, it is the first building on your left. Use your fob on your key ring to swipe the reader panel at the boom gates. Proceed ahead and take ramp to next level. The roller door is open most of the day, in the evening if you find it closed, you can use your fob on the reader panel to lift the roller door.
Payment PolicyBOOKINGS ARE CONFIRMED ONLY ONCE THE NOMINATED DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
This booking is confirmed subject to receipt of 50% deposit PAID VIA VISA OR MASTERCARD on this booking system and the balance payable four weeks prior to your arrival.
The balance, can be paid by any of the following methods.

Credit Card Payments incur a 1.5% fee.
Full payment is required 28 days prior to your arrival
24 hour access details will be provided for you upon final payment of your booking.
"Security Deposit" - The Credit Card details supplied for the deposit of your booking will be retained to offset the security deposit of $500 over the property during your occupancy. Compensation of any breaches of our Terms of Occupancy stated on your booking confirmation attached, will be automatically charged against this credit card by the Property Manager up to 72 hours after your departure. If you do not wish us to retain these card details for this purpose, then either a refundable cash payment of $500 must be paid or an alternative card must be supplied prior to your arrival at the property.
Your balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival and we will send you a courtesy reminder prior to this time. Once full payment has been received, check in instructions will be finalised with you.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation Policy
- Cancellation UP TO 28 days prior to start of your occupancy (arrival booked date): if caused by the client, 20% of your booking is forfeited.
- Cancellation WITHIN 28 -14 DAYS to start of your occupancy (arrival date): if caused by the client, 50% of the total cost of your stay is forfeited.
- Cancellation WITHIN 14 DAYS to start of your occupancy (arrival date) and once commenced: if caused by the client, the total cost of your stay is forfeited.
We strongly suggest travel insurance is purchased if there is a possibility of cancellation, to minimise any impact to you of this policy.
- Availability: The owner will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings and offer alternative comparable accommodation if the booked property is not available due to unforeseen circumstances.
