Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
All changes must be made via the Stay Kiwi Online reservation system and will incur a $30 administrative fee.
All cancellations prior to 7 days before the date of arrival, will incur a $50 fee.
No refunds will be given to cancellations 7 days or less before the date of arrival.

to explore Kaikoura, being mid-way between Picton & Blenheim in Marlborough and Christchurch & Canterbury, and just two hours from Hanmer Springs on the Alpine Pacific Triangle tourist route. Those travelling across Cook Strait on Interislander or Bluebridge ferries will find this an ideal place with excellent accommodation to break the journey.
