Tahuna Beach Kiwi Holiday Park and Motel is located 4.5 kilometres from Nelson city centre and adjacent to the long golden sands of Tahunanui Beach. It covers 54 acres of parkland that has been available for almost nine decades for holidaymakers to enjoy.

Today Tahuna Beach Holiday Park offers accommodation that suits every holidaymaker and traveller’s budget – from unpowered campsites to cosy cabins to modern, fully self-contained apartment motel units.

The holiday park’s location gives you direct access to the beach, playing fields and local beachside attractions.

On site there are several recreation areas, including beach volleyball court, basketball court, several playgrounds, an 18 hole mini golf course, a fitness track with 14 exercise stations and an outdoor amphitheatre for live music and other events.

Tahuna Beach Holiday Park also has its very own function centre for corporate and community functions as well as weddings and private parties.

The Tahuna Beach Holiday Park camp store sells all the basic daily products you might need.

Our Tahuna Beach Holiday Park Concierge Service can book all activities in the region for our guests on site as well.

Playgrounds

There are three adventure playgrounds in the park. We also have a trampoline and a Mega Bouncer!
Activities

Lots of activities are available around the park, including giant chess, giant draughts and giant Connect 4 – or go for a spin in one of our go-karts.
Open spaces

There is a huge amount of open space in the camp. Go for a run and utilise our ‘fitness course’, or set up your own games of footy, touch or backyard cricket.
Live music

In summer, look out for our summer gigs and outdoor movies. Our amphitheatre is the perfect venue.
Mini golf

Mini golf is a classic camp favourite.

Payment Policy
All Accommodation reservations through this page are subject to payment of 100% of payment at time of booking.

Stay Kiwi points will be attached to your online membership card

Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
All changes must be made via the Stay Kiwi Online reservation system and will incur a $30 administrative fee.
All cancellations prior to 7 days before the date of arrival, will incur a $50 fee.
No refunds will be given to cancellations 7 days or less before the date of arrival.
